I found the build quality good,
I guess in his case the two things are thumbnail, uploading time.
The thumbnail was kinda a bit pixelated (as you would expect in a mobile) and wasn't eye catching. And about the time not so sure but I have my own fixed time of posting, sometimes it depends on the posting time as well.
