I love it, it is so powerful ! The only problems are the power that you should put on Pitch (and not VTOL), and activate the gyro with an activation group, not all time.

So I have understand you need power but not speed
I know 2 ways:
- you can put a high hp and limit the wheels RPM with maxAngularVelocity in the XML wheels properties.
- but you can also put a funky trees into your car engine's input, maybe something with the speed...
So I have tested it, it's a nice plane, which reminds me some first heinkel jets. The pitch control surfaces go at a too high angle, this causes a Cobra to take off followed by a spin... and a crash lol. Btw the dive brakes works well, it can be use like flaps for landing. The rest is good.
Try to do custom landing gears next time !

Tested it, it's a very nice build, the cargo bay and the air drop work well, maybe the C-130 is a bit too agile in roll. The landing gear is a bit too hard. Also do you use Overload XML ? If yes you were able to stop the rotator of the flaps, because it can go up... Anyway nice job.

Anyway, it is a cute car, it is very good for only 339 parts. Keep making cars like that !

Dampers are too hard. And I don't know for you but I don't like the cars where the steering wheel is on Yaw.
