In short, Theta and her siblings are letting humans learn by themselves. They already fed them what they need to know. The X-Wing and TIE-LN built have Siren components, but built by human hands. They'll know what to do overtime.

I've yet to find a good TIE Interceptor build that has friendly performance cost and reliable flight model. I'll ask if I need a recommendation. But for now, I can handle it.

This has no resemblance to the Siren War at all just from the overview alone, to be honest.
The Siren War is about an alien invasion of Earth, with six of their own kind instigating a rebellion and aiding mankind. And it has it's roots from the now-abruptly ended Monarchii War, but has more logic to it than just outright making WMDs left right and center then bonking each other on the head with them for the laughs.
Yours is about an AI wanting to kill all of humanity cause it thinks people have gotten pretty nasty. It's completely different.
Being annoyed by a small thing like that is in of itself annoying.
