But since you wanted it manual, there's two I know of you can do for optical camo. Either through the use of the ooga-booga pistons and weightless fuselage blocks with matching colors, or the use of text decals that change upon a flick of a switch.

I've seen builds with the second option but forgot which ones they are, unfortunately
@CrestelAeronautics Well just paint the underside in a shade of blue since that's what the sky mostly is.
Cause as far as I know you can't really link rotators or pistons connected to matching fuselage blocks with the weather.
There's a reason why co-pilots are there.
They take turns flying the jet. One guy sleeps for the next run, the other one is wide awake and takes the yoke. Process repeats until destination's reached.

Then they take a quick snoozy in an assigned hotel for the next flight later on or next day.
Attach the fuselage parts and missile base to the UNDERSIDE of a detacher. The topside of the detacher is the only one that must connect to a hardpoint.

And make sure every part has disableAircraftCollisions set to true so nothing would snag on a wing or fuselage block when it launches.
