Putting this on any of your aircraft can automatically change your game's unit settings into imperial and you can't change it back unless you load an aircraft that doesn't have these stickers
i think it referenced how the Allies (and all the other affected countries) had their borders and territories expanded or altered in the aftermath and what did they do with these new lands

P.S since both builds were made by the same user i think that's what causing the problem (saw it on a few other builds before)
when you make a successor based on one of your own builds autocorrect wont show up
Also if one user gets banned or deleted their accounts the builds should be still accessible/downloadable so users won't come asking each other about what happened to the builds or struggle to get one from another users
