@KnightOfRen
Most people would assume it didn’t seeing that the B and C variants need to attach a gun pod, but the F-35A has a 25mm GAU-12 Gatling gun on the left side of the plane.
Just so you know, you’re not allowed to ask for upvotes on your posts, it’s a form of rule breaking. I’m letting you know so that you don’t do it in the future and get in trouble for it. BTW nice build.
The thing I’m happiest about is the glass fuselage part, It will make things SO much easier and better when I’m trying to build cockpits for my aircraft.
@DefaultName
They will get better over time, just be patient. If you want to make fuselage wings, you can xml mod the wings to make them thinner and you can also set the fuselages on the wings to circular.
This plane took a lot longer than expected and this was a hard plane to build, I don’t think I will build another VTOL plane for a while. Also, I really hope this plane gets noticed.
I can relate to the whole not getting upvotes thing, I feel like my builds should get more, but when they don’t, it frustrates me. BTW, this is a good jet
@MTFearless
The idea is that I’m using liftjets in conjunction with the main engine and a gyro. Also some VTOL planes that were built, such as the yak-38 and yak-141 had liftjets as part of their VTOL system.
@US3RNAM3
Thank you for upvoting.
BTW, I’m considering making improvements on this plane and reposting it, do you think I should or is this good enough.
It’s a good looking plane, and is a good start, especially the nose, though I would suggest attempting fuselage wings, xml modding the engines, and maybe making the control surfaces bigger. You don’t have to do all of these but they’re just my suggestions.
@TheTomcatters
Nice to meet you to. Good job on your entry into the challenge.
@ollielebananiaCFSP
Thanks, I really enjoyed this challenge.
@Highground
Well, Supersonic is in its name, so it has to be aerodynamic, hence the long, sharp nose so that it can achieve high speeds.

It doesn’t have a gun, even though the F-35A is equipped with one. 😢
@XAircraftManufacturer
Thanks

+1It’s my favorite moment in which George screams.
George: no the skeleton!
Dream: continues chasing and hitting George.
George: (gets stuck) no, NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
@FoxTrotOne
You’re welcome
@ACEPILOT109
Thanks 😊
@FoxTrotOne
Indeed, you are now silver.
@FoxTrotOne
Thanks, and you’re almost to silver, so good luck on your journey to gold.
@Astro12
Oh geez, I was building this plane to fill the role of an F-111, I didn’t realize it looked like a hellkeska until now.
@Sm1ley_FaCe
+1LOL, thanks 🙏
@Sm1ley_FaCe
Thank You! 😊
Ah, I can’t really upload any screenshots to SimplePlanes, so it’s hard to do any sort of teaser. Guess it will just be a long wait

Engines aren’t spaced out 😢
@Blue0Bull
Thanks, it really means a lot to me when people like you comment on my builds.
@IMULAerospaceIndustries
+1Glad you like it.
So, it’s been a while since I’ve paid any attention to this post, what’s new?
Thanks
+1@Cabbage17
Just submitted my second entry! 😊
I’m really bad when it comes to making my own descriptions, so this was the best I could do.
Does it have to be a fighter? or can it be anything with a variable geometry wing?
@captainhall
Thanks, I did have trouble with the custom cockpit though.
Dammit I’m too late. NOOOOO!!!!!
Nice 👍

+5Nice 👍
@ollielebananiaCFSP
+1Okay, good to know.
Just posted one of my planes, am I allowed more than one entry?
Wow, this looks awesome

@US3RNAM3
Thanks, this plane took me a week to fully finish, I still don’t understand why this plane hasn’t been noticed a whole lot.

Ah, here’s the thing, I kind of like the paint job. The improvements I was thinking of involved the wing as I think it’s too thick.
@AccilianMilitaryAircraft
Did you mean interesting or intriguing?
@US3RNAM3
Thank you for upvoting.

Congratulations, I’m still waiting to reach that milestone, but good job getting to 1,000 points
BRRRRRRRRRTTT
What’s wrong with this plane! I spent a long time on it and over the course of a month it only got one upvote!
Here is the fixed version.
This is amazing, flies better than any of the stealth planes I’ve ever built.
It’s a good looking plane, and is a good start, especially the nose, though I would suggest attempting fuselage wings, xml modding the engines, and maybe making the control surfaces bigger. You don’t have to do all of these but they’re just my suggestions.
+1I posted a fixed version of this plane, so I think it’s best if everyone goes to that one. Also, thanks for the upvote @Edwinatrt
@LGNDRY
Yeah, I’m going to do that later today, though I am wondering which one will count as my final entry to the challenge
@LGNDRY
Thanks, though I just found several issues with it during some new flight testing, what should I do about it?
