Are we not allowed to use guardian missiles? they are more of a short range air to air missile and require the aircraft to keep its nose pointed at the target to maintain the lock.

Damn, the war is over, I didn't even get to finish my bomber, it can fly and drop bombs right now, but it doesn't have a functional cockpit and thus wasn't ready for service in time.

I sure hope the jet engines are finished soon, I want to be able to build something jet related and I’m not sure the current subassembly will be able to cut it as I’m not allowed to change anything on it.

I think it may be because this challenge is more open ended in terms of what people can build. The fact that the creations themselves have to be built fairly quickly due to a hypothetical war going on could also be a factor.

Just posted my new plane!
I started working on it prior to the enemy introducing jets, so it might not be the best fighter, but I tried my best to compensate for this.
This is actually my first attempt at making a WWII fighter with fuselage wings, controls surfaces, and a interior cockpit, so I hope I'm not judged too harshly.

I meant a propeller driven fighter, the term piston engine has been used for some WWII fighters and I thought the term could apply to my aircraft as well. Also, I don't believe I'm using any of the so-called "Legacy Engines," I'm just using one of the in-game engines.

Hi, I don't know when it will be ready, but I am currently working on a piston engine fighter for this challenge, hope it will satisfactory.
I only just recently started watching some of his content, but I could tell he was quite talented and gone too soon. Technoblade never dies, because he lives on our hearts.

I don't think I've ever seen an AI plane successfully land, so landing gear was kind of pointless. When I build fighters, I wanted to make a good benchmark to beat while also being able to fight it in sandbox mode, hence the build here.

I’m not sure if it will be ready on time, but I’m currently developing a jet bomber right now.
Are we simply entering a new phase of the war, or will it be ending soon, because the description said that the war would last 2 weeks.

I don’t understand what is mean by merchant ships in the casualty count, because I don’t recall any such ships in the sandbox mode.
