@QingyuZhou You can use finetuner. Hit the scale button on the bottom, and make sure it's not set to "selected parts". Decimal numbers less than 1 (0.5 0.75 etc) will make it smaller, and over 1 makes it bigger.

As for building, my best suggestion is to use fuselage blocks instead of normal cubes. They're way more easy to form and customize. And don't forget to give your build a cool paintjob! If you ever need to reply to someone's comment, be sure to hit the "reply" button on that person's message so it tags them, sending them a notification. Otherwise, they likely won't see it.
