It's happened to me before. And you have to activate your mods again...
There's a few bugs: -two of the missiles aren't attached -the yaw wings are messed up
Saw this on mp
Spawn at Avalanche Airport (in Snowstone), go on the taxiway, go to the end of it, bang a right (not a left onto the runway) and you should see something like this. Drive around, it can be hard to unlock
