    @KnightOfRen @thebanbehindtheslaughter It's obvious he is just a troll trying to mess with you out of personal enjoyment. If you want you could just block them, otherwise, the best strategy would be to ignore them.

  • What TRUE Criticism is - Simpleplanes Explained 4.7 years ago

    @thebanbehindtheslaughter Chill, insulting other doesn't put your side in the best light. Beside, it only adds to the arsenal Ren's opposition has to use.

  • What TRUE Criticism is - Simpleplanes Explained 4.7 years ago

    @Aeroflot2564 I am not offended, I am just pointing out that both sides of this issue are at fault.

  • What TRUE Criticism is - Simpleplanes Explained 4.7 years ago

    @KnightOfRen Noooo! Don't block him yet. I must teach him the correct use of his words

    @superTT
    The definition of criticism is as followed:
    the expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes

    The examples given fall under negative criticism, which is the voicing of an objection to something, only with the purpose of showing that it is wrong, false, mistaken, nonsensical, objectionable, or disreputable.

    When looking at sarcasm and humor, they are either not used correctly or are accidentally blended into the wave of negative criticism. Sarcasm is a literary device that uses irony to mock someone or something or convey contempt. Humor is the quality of being amusing or comic, especially as expressed in literature or speech. I have seen few comments that are truly sarcasm or written for humor.

    @Brodox
    Unthinking: expressed, done, or acting without proper consideration of the consequences

    Both sides of this issue are unthinking then as neither acts without consideration of the consequences of their actions.

    It's me Mangled, from NWRP and stuff. I won't be able to get on to discord for a while as I been locked out of my account due to my 2FA. I am looking for my backup codes, but I haven't found them yet. Could you tell Trinity for me?

  • What TRUE Criticism is - Simpleplanes Explained 4.7 years ago

    @Hedero It's only a plane game. The worse people can do to you on the site is spam your builds' comments with hate and spread rumors, which will die out and damage the reputation of those who craft/spread them. Never be afraid to do the right thing. If you believe this is right, then don't let the fear of opposition stop you. If not, you do what you believe is right.

    @KnightOfRen You should continue to do these types of post, you are great at it. As I say, experience is one the best tool you have to teach others.

  • What TRUE Criticism is - Simpleplanes Explained 4.7 years ago

    I try to explain the topic and with my conclusion choose a side. I also try to not shoot down the opposing side with my conclusion. This allows my readers to choose a side and criticize my work. However, this is your post. If you do not agree with my opinion, that is up to you and Ill support that decision.

  • What TRUE Criticism is - Simpleplanes Explained 4.7 years ago

    Great forum post. I like how you formatted it, as it makes it easier to read and retain. I also like how you used your personal experiences as examples. However, in the future, remember to try and take your personal opinions out of these types of post. This will allow you to write in an unbiased view and allow the reader to choose a side.

  • How do you move google drawings to simpleplanes? 4.7 years ago

    @50CalChicken You need to find a way to get an image link for it. When I can't use discord, I use Vectr, a free graphic design software. Just make your drawing a PNG, upload it onto vectr, change the page size to the size of the image, then click export and copy the link. You can't remove the image from vectr as it will also remove it from the SP site.

    @DerpTheSoyacfartala You didn't say both of them were correct, so you were wrong. When designing a plane, getting half the math correct doesn't make it a safe plane to fly.

  • Ask me something 4.7 years ago

    C=5/9(F−32)

    The equation above shows how temperature F, measured in degrees Fahrenheit, relates to a temperature C, measured in degrees Celsius. Based on the equation, which of the following must be true?

    I: A temperature increase of 1 degree Fahrenheit is equivalent to a temperature increase of 5/9 degree Celsius.
    2: A temperature increase of 1 degree Celsius is equivalent to a temperature increase of 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit.
    3: A temperature increase of 5/9 degree Fahrenheit is equivalent to a temperature increase of 1 degree Celsius.

    A) I only
    B) II only
    C) III only
    D) I and II only
