"Can fall to AT weapons teams, AT mines, and the like." Same can be said about the Vicky, or even the Marshal. Plus, with anti-material rounds disabling the tracks, that pretty unlikely. Remember: this is a state of the art tank that can rival or even outmatch a Vicky (or perhaps marshal with significant upgrades). The tracks are very well protected. Plus, combined with logistics and spotting units, the Anti-Armor teams and infantry could not get close unless they physically overrun the position. While knocking out the sensors is an obvious risk, I have hid the sensors in very safe places, away from most points where a bullet might penetrate. Specifically, a majority of the sensors are located under the turret. But they are specifically made to not be hindered by this. That would explain the "crystal ball" on top of the tank, which helps improve the sensor's ability to "view". While exposed, it is protected by state of the art ballistics material that can protect the sensors from an anti-material rifle round, or even a .50 round.
While you were gone their was a terrorist problem...key word: WAS. The MKIIs were airdropped to help Athya with a WRA (commie terrorist) problem. The weapons the terrorists had didn't even make a dent in it. The sector which they landed in was cleared within less than an hour. And with the minor GLA presence which had access to (very VERY few) ATGM launchers, they could not make a dent in the armor. They were exterminated within hours.
Is it me...or do I see MINECRAFT TORCHES in the background.
Oh my.. ITS BEAUTIFUL! This is beautiful graphics! Combine it with the New Portum Mod, and it'll be more than gorgeous!
We also have another advantage: Air dropping tanks from high altitudes, while keeping the tank and the crew in fighting condition.
@Pilotmario plus: it still proves. The MKII can kill. It already made itself a reputation with insurgents as "practically untouchable"
@Pilotmario >Light Mortars

@Pilotmario But the MKII literally just kicked terrorist a$$
@Pilotmario This was a very effective machine. However, I just realized that my MKII has a 30mm auto cannon as well :p
Interesting. I can work on it, give it a touch of ALEK
Get this thing a feature! @AndrewGarrison
