I'm not positive, but I don't think the inverted gull wings help agility much at all. I'm pretty sure the F-4-U Corsair only used them for more room for a large prop.

Here is the actual wording. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
If you look at the wording, you will see that it says "... or the right of the people peaceably to assemble... ". Not only can you commit a hate crime by going too far with these messages, but it also can violate this ammendment by ruining their right to peaceably assemble.
This ammendment was also written more than 200 years ago, and obviously doesn't refer to websites. If you read the official rules of this website, you would find that they can ban you for pretty much anything they want. This website is privately owned as well. If they think you should be banned, they can ban you.

@DeezDucks My parents have their bad moments and good moments. We travel a lot, but during the trip they often argue in the most annoying way possible. I play games like Just Cause 2 and they seem to be fine with it, they seem to almost like the awesome driving stuff, but they see the M rating, they instantly hate it. They never look at the reasons a game is rated what it is, only the rating itself.
My situation can't even begin to compare to yours, but I almost see what you mean. Sorry if I feel spoiled....
My grandpa told me about how when he was 17, he and his friends were just hanging out in a pickup truck bed and in a huge field next to them, they saw an orange orb just floating there. It gradually got bigger until they drove off, but as they were crossing railroad tracks, the orb was just floating above them and their car just stopped working. After a few minutes, the orb just disappeared and they could start the car. They didn't tell the police, because of reasons (they had a beer or two, don't tell em) and the next day, the newspaper said that there were several of these sightings and the paper asked for any information on the orbs. This happened sometimes in the mid 60's, but it still seems wierd...
@TheOwlAce if your planes are being downloaded, you are fine. Your planes are catching the eye of somebody. It must be good enough, if somebody thinks they should spend some time with it. Downloads count towards a plane's popularity.
@AndrewGarrison will there be a mobile beta again? I may finally be able since I know I'm getting a new phone on Christmas. Can't wait! What scale is this update anyways? Huge, medium, small? I will assume mid to large.

@goldminerpete that isnt too likely. The game wasnt developed for multiplayer early on. Refer to other forum posts for more info

@Skua can you make a fender Jaguar? It is asymmetrical, but it is an awesome looking bass. I have one and they are so fun to play.
