Basic Idea: Air Traffic Control
How it Would Work: It would be another option in the pause menu, called "Contact ATC". It would only work if you are un the visual range of the airport. It will bring up a list of things to say such as: Request landing, etc.
Where it will go: A new mode called "Simulation". You cannot build, but you can fly. Simulation mode qould give you a variety of other things.
