@MrGreen hmmmm, maybe an RC aircraft challenge, like how I did on my fpv flight experience, but able to have a homan on the ground. How you can have it track the aircraft is have the cockpit on the plane and a camera on the dudes head and have the camera on track cockpit, that could be something you could do. Or you could try to do a history of flight challenge that would hopefully go better than mine, (0 entrys and like 10 updoots)

@MrGreen yep! It was alot of fun to come up with something like this, it was a pleasant deviation from my normal building.
