Believe it or not missiles on this game damage by impact force and not explosion. You can theoretically get hit by a missile without it exploding if you have the right speed
I agree with the fighters launching from the USS beast. It would make sinking it a lot more difficult. Also they should add a CIWS system to the beast so that it could still fight back even after its escorts are sunk

I could say that my WW2 Aircraft V3 is the best of mine not because of speed or armament but because of manueverability. Today I made an unposted version that can outmanuever every jet I ever built

I'd recommend taking a look at helicopters of other players, see how they make it stable and fly properly, then try to recreate how they did it
