I've used the mod on the worst devices to play sp (Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7.0, Samsung Galaxy Luna (2016), etc) and Iv'e never had a problem using the mod. Other than, lagh, but I never had a performance drop.

don't know, get a better pc. Mine's a dell from 2012, and I get 30 - 45 fps, and that's only because of the graphics
