@WinsWings this challenge flew over my head: I have a plane I finished building a few months ago and I've been waiting for a challenge to pop up so I can post it. this challenge would've been perfect. but I had no idea of it's existance till now
While I do have a fictional..."Nation" per-say, under no curumstances woul it would ever fit in this challenge at all: It's basically a fictional Alien race

And this race would EASILY be a Type 5 on the Kardashev Scale

It's known as "Spektria" by human terms, and for lack of a better word, they are genuinely beyond human comprehension.

Spektria is not necessarily a Nation, Empire, or anything like the sort, this race has no need for such concepts, and even view them as...Primitive
|
Within the lore I created, the human race is the largest civilization in the galaxy with thousands of planets to their name
|
And yet Spektria doesn't even consider them worth their time and attention: they are so far beyond them, they are not even ants by comparison.
|
When talking about how far the reach of this race is, Humans think they can comprehend it, but they are sorely mistaken: This isn't the only universe Spektria inhabits, they exist in S E V E R A L universes by now, and not even that, they even exist in alternate timelines, and are even aware of them.
|
Due to this, Spektria has no beginning, or end
|
In short, this race is so technologically advanced, this multiverse is just a cheap sandbox for them.
|
And onto the topic of their technology, not even I THE AUTHOR can make any predictions on what they have access to.

Within the lore, while the population of Spektria would be called "Infinite" by humans, their are 2 individuals that are repeatedly mentioned:

A (albeit Eccentric) former member of the human race, taken away by Spektria for reasons unknown to even him (only knows he was considered an "individual of interest"). He could easily be considered the most important being in human history as he is in complete control of humanity's future.

The second individual is refered to as X-14D3, But I as the author have completely retconned their past recently and therefore, I am not yet ready to talk about them yet.
