Now we really have something to rival the Brown Pearl

This is pretty decent! The wings are a bit too thick and it says navy the wrong way on one side but other than that it’s pretty good! Nice cockpit

In comparison to that first mustang I remember having to make in the tutorial half a decade ago, this is a pretty great looking stock build

@typeZERO thanks for letting me know! I searched fuel probe and found nothing but I’m glad you remembered

@emanuelga If this aircraft was anything like the mosquito when it came to stalls, it should stall around 120 or so mph but I managed to get it to 93 hahaha. It’s a very fun plane to just cruise around in at 100mph

  • De Havilland DH.103 Hornet 5.4 years ago

I’ve been playing around with this and that stall speed is incredibly low! It was so confusing when trying to land because I was trying to flare and it just kept going and going hahaha.

Very nice! This is a good looking plane and you made it fly decently well. What would help is to make the windows a little smaller and nudge them more into the fuselage, that way they look more realistic. Also try angling them a little so they fit the fuselage body better. Lovely work though!

  • XCGU-9 Ballista 5.4 years ago

@ZeroErrorz That’s pretty creative! I was also surprised at how manoeuvrable it is for its weight but then again it does have a huge wing surface area. I always have the opposite problem where my realistic or replica builds are too manoeuvrable so I have to do all I can to make them turn slower hahaha. I’m looking forward to seeing your other designs!

@Moses1Eye well thanks a lot buddy! Do you have any favourites or a particular style you’d like to see more of?

  • Metro Su-12 5.4 years ago

Very cool looking plane! Nice work on this custom wings and those air breaks look pretty cool. It’s stall speed is pretty high though which makes it hard to land on the carrier but overall this is really nice!

Very cool but one quick thing, it’s 7.62x51mm NATO. 7.62x54r is another round (that is Russian) if that’s what you mean. Still, nice rifle!

  • A-1 Hawk 5.4 years ago

This looks pretty cool but the canard moves way too much. This doesn’t help when it comes to manoeuvrability. It’s still overall a good build!

@Wi1dSk7 in quite a lot of places. Back when I was in high school in England, there was a small airport nearby so I would see one every few days fly over. I now work in Amsterdam and I have the perfect view from my building of the flight paths to the runways and I see one every now and then. They’re beautiful machines

This is so neat! I love the metro you made quite a lot. It would be lovely if there was a game/app that was specifically designed for making buildings and cities that you could walk through using the same building system as SP.

This is also really neat! I love twin engine pusher aircraft so I’m a big fan of this one. I had no idea this plane existed and now I really want to fly it! It would be awesome in a CAS configuration too or with a slightly lengthened fuselage to carry more passengers
