I didn’t realise how much I would learn from other people in SimplePlanes hahaha. Also on your current type of builds, I used to love your older stuff (the jets and such) but these have been really fantastic. I would say these type of aeroplanes are the ones you really show your skills for. @F104Deathtrap
I had no idea that Doolittle was a racing pilot! It must have really been terrifying up there. I started looking into this now a lot more now and it’s really interesting. @F104Deathtrap
I beleive I saw the actual Schneider trophy that the S.6 won but I didn’t know too much about it. You often forget how cramped it is inside the cockpits of these lovely planes. I’ve been in the cockpit of both Spitfires and hurricanes and compared to the cockpits of planes I can fly, you have absolutely no space. It must have been intense to fly in these planes @F104Deathtrap
Ahhh I’m glad you know which one I mean. Must have been great to fly that plane knowing you’re the fastest in the world. Imagine how fast it could would be able to go without the floats! @F104Deathtrap
I find it fun to put it on some moving platform, then spawn on either the USS Beast or USS Tiny Two and try to take out the escort ships. If you haven’t done this yet you should definitely give it a go with this gun @SpiritusRaptor
What a plane! One of these is in the London Science Museum, less than five minutes from my house and it was my favourite plane there to go see. What a beauty.
I saw that one too and my conclusion wasn't that it was a different version but that the forward spar was just not drawn since it's quite a bit smaller than the rear one and might have been overlooked. But then again it could just be a different version like you said but that's just my thoughts. An amazing build of a classic plane btw! @JetstreamAeroEngineering
@BACconcordepilot is actually correct. It needs more wing spars on the elevator. it had two sets on both the top and bottom of them, not just the bottom. Easy mistake to make though since they aren't all that visible in many pictures of the aeroplane.
Yeah, I thought I'd do this after I saw someones post from 6 months ago and then there were around 100,000 active users. It's nice to see that the userbase is growing. @NazyaMilitare
I was able to add a few modded boom 25s which are smaller than the regular ones to it which would be a realistic representation of a bombers load in maybe the 1920s or even 30s. It was quite fun to do actually. It might be tough but I feel like it would be totally worth it to at least give it a shot. @DerekSP
My theory is that most people will never actually post any planes and from what I can remember, you can’t upvote until you have a certain number of points. There are also probably a TON of players who don’t have an account that play the game @Strikefighter04
I think your goal now is to not just have a plane that works really well like this (and still look pretty cool), but have one that looks incredible too. I know I’m just silver but I’d be happy to help at all if you needed it :) @DerekSP
This is already so much better than the last and that’s saying A LOT. I love the simple idea to get rid of the JATO to. Just fantastic build and it looks sick too. I think I have to try to make one of these now
Currently 19. Some people here turn out to be like 13/4 years old but then there is one guy who I saw was like 60 hahahaha. That’s another great thing about this site
I think the whole basis of piston powered engines is a little glitched but I’ve seen quite a few other similar examples that worked in the manner I told you about. Maybe one day in an update they will address this topic but for now I guess your plane will need a jet assisted take off (JATO) @DerekSP
Whoa this is amazing! I love planes like this. Nice job man
I’m definitely excited to see this twin GeeBee @WhiteRabbit

That paint job especially is amazing
Sounds good man 👌🏼 @WhiteRabbit
Cheers man! @WhiteRabbit

Hey would you mind making this without mods too? 😁
As beautiful as the plane is, it does not sound like a delight to fly. Those guys who chose to race in her definitely had balls @F104Deathtrap

Well I guess that makes sense then! @Deiaa

Yeah, I definitely agree with that statement hahahaha @JetstreamAeroEngineering
Pretty nice design for the amount of planes you've uploaded especially. Awesome job man!
Hahahaha well fair enough then lol @BACconcordepilot

Very nice build! I love the Canberra and it's nice to see it built well on this site. Nice work!
I would also use a much smaller engine
Lol based on a Canadair Sabre. Looks pretty cool nonetheless.
Hah what appears to be your first name is my last @MasonForester

Love this plane, both the build and the real one. I love those Dutch designs

That would be a pretty awesome build. Have you thought about making a detailed airliner or bomber aircraft by chance? @DerekSP
This version is way cooler. As always, nice work
It’s so cool to see this plane keep evolving! Keep up the good work!
Damn this is really awesome
Whoa incredible plane man!
As of 22/04/2018 19:21 Amsterdam time, there are 128,741 players
@Sgtk Thanks!
Try downloading one that someone has modded already and use that
Quite nice but I do think the cannon needs some more work
This is really cool! I don’t get how it only got one upvote before
This is a pretty neat build
I think your goal now is to not just have a plane that works really well like this (and still look pretty cool), but have one that looks incredible too. I know I’m just silver but I’d be happy to help at all if you needed it :) @DerekSP
Yeah with this feature, this has become the fifth downloaded plane I have ever saved
Wait I just saw what you said about the underwater thing. I have to try this out
I also like that you don’t stall and crash and burn and die
This is already so much better than the last and that’s saying A LOT. I love the simple idea to get rid of the JATO to. Just fantastic build and it looks sick too. I think I have to try to make one of these now
Awesome. I’m actually quite excited to see this cus it sounds really cool @DerekSP
Do you still have it saved? If you do could you make an unlisted post with it cus I’m curious to see how that worked @DerekSP
I just spent like 30 minutes modifying and shooting this thing and it’s so much fun. Nice job
I just spent about 45 minutes shooting this thing hahahaha. It’s too much fun
