Use rotators or a rotator hinge. Play around with that and you should figure out how to use it. Look at either the B-101 or pelican on my page and you can see how they’re used there if you need to @AceDAVE3000

Also on your current type of builds, I used to love your older stuff (the jets and such) but these have been really fantastic. I would say these type of aeroplanes are the ones you really show your skills for. @F104Deathtrap
