@RamboJutter oh my I remember that SBD incident where he was upset if anyone tried to make planes from drawings he saw on the internet hahaha

  • MTS F-2 5.8 years ago

Nice work! This plane looks pretty good and I like the swing wing. You might wanna fix the engine though! The right one is currently lower than the left one by a little bit

  • Aircraft1 5.8 years ago

Ahhh yes, the first jet everyone makes once they learn how to use fuselage blocks. I remember mine.

  • Catalina 5.8 years ago

It’s probably best to unlisted the posts then when you do this. That way, only you can see them (unless you post a link to them or tag a user in the comments) and you can post 10 in one day. It’s better for everyone that way hahaha

  • F-86 Saber 5.8 years ago

@xXStanceNationXx no problem! If you need anymore tips or some help feel free to ask!

  • RamboJutter - Tactical Strike and Reconnaissance 4 5.8 years ago

This too is superb. One of my favourite looking aircraft on SimplePlanes

  • JW Veeblefitzer VE-211A 2.2 5.8 years ago

This is lovely! I can’t believe I never saw it before

  • F-86 Saber 5.8 years ago

@xXStanceNationXx this build is really good! You should definitely keep up the same style. A nice little tip is to have a three view diagram on hand when you’re making the general shape of the aircraft

  • F-86 Saber 5.8 years ago

Pretty nice! The wings are a little too far up and thin at the root but apart from that it’s very good!

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge 5.8 years ago

Wonderful! I had no idea about the development of the aircraft you mentioned in your description. Thank you very much for this lovely entry!

  • N-6PD 5.8 years ago

Holy cow. It may be a little hard to fly but it sure is one of the best looking helicopters on SimplePlanes and I really mean that. Lovely job!

  • ZRS-4 U.S.S Akron 5.8 years ago

This is wonderful! What a great looking and lovely flying airship. Thank you for making such a fantastic aircraft!

  • Boing AC-61 "Ares" 5.8 years ago

    @Noname918181 ahhh I didn’t realise. Whoops

  • Boing AC-61 "Ares" 5.8 years ago

Did you by chance mean Boeing or is boing your own fictional company?

  • Northrop F-5 Freedom Fighter 5.8 years ago

    @Ohmyus go for it then!

  • Mitsubishi A6M Zero - Sen 5.8 years ago

@gaw22pilot hahaha no worries. In my head it’s still a tail fuse lol

  • Goldfish Cracker 5.8 years ago

    Lol I love this

  • Vought F4U-4M Ver.2 Corsair 5.8 years ago

Lovely! Thank you very much for your participation in the challenge!

  • MiG-17bis 5.8 years ago

@DaDerpachu123 looking forward to it! If you need any help or anything let me know :)

  • MiG-17bis 5.8 years ago

@DaDerpachu123 I also use mobile so I have the same problem. You just have to get a nice angle of the aircraft. Take a look at my more recent uploads and how I angled the aircraft for the thumbnail.

  • Arachnophobia (Mini Jet Challenge Entry) 5.8 years ago

    @OmegaDestroyer also 2spooky4me

  • Arachnophobia (Mini Jet Challenge Entry) 5.8 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer it looks good hahaha. I’ll stick to my mustang though (I feel like it fits the name hahaha)

  • Mitsubishi A6M Zero - Sen 5.8 years ago

This looks fantastic! The Japanese insignia is very well made and fits perfectly. Also did you combine a torpedo and bomb together so that it would have a tail fuse like some Japanese WWII bombs? If you did that’s really genius. So simple, yet so effective

  • BV 124 Polymorphic fighter 5.4 5.8 years ago

Nice! This is a really cool concept for a WWII fighter

  • Arachnophobia (Mini Jet Challenge Entry) 5.8 years ago

    @OmegaDestroyer lol what?

  • MiG-17bis 5.8 years ago

I also do think that you could take a better screenshot of it. It would get more attention that way. Look at the way I screenshot my planes and try to do it like that :)

  • MiG-17bis 5.8 years ago

My goodness this is fantastic! What a great looking Fresco! It flies quite nicely too. Honestly my only criticism is that the roll rate is too high but otherwise it’s great! Keep focusing on adding more and more detail, it looks very good here!

  • XML Winch 5.8 years ago

@Armyguy1534 thank you very very much! You’ve made my life so much easier hahaha

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 5.8 years ago

@ND40X of course! Just tag me in the unlisted post and I’ll do my best to help fix up the problems

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 5.8 years ago

@ND40X to be honest I expected it to do alright but having almost 50 entries so far is amazing. Also the quality of the entries have been incredible. I’m really glad everyone is enjoying this challenge even more than I expected

  • AeroTech F-109X Grim Reaper 5.8 years ago

Lovely aircraft! I would say the wingspan is slightly too long for this aircraft but the general shape is very good and it flies nicely too

  • Ruhrstahl Rs-290 “Kriegsnebel” 5.8 years ago

@Thelegitpilot13 ohhh that sounds pretty cool!

  • T-47 (Snow Speeder) 5.8 years ago

@Lennington for the unstable shape of Star Wars spacecrafts its going to be the only way for me hahaha

  • Socrux S.1 Super Demoiselle 5.8 years ago

Wonderful! Quite simple but very elegant. This is a fantastic build

  • T-47 (Snow Speeder) 5.8 years ago

@Lennington yeah it would be great but it’s a complicated ship to make. It’s in my top 5 for Star Wars vehicles so it’d be awesome to get done but I probably won’t be posting the finished piece. It’s going to be loaded with gyros is all I know now hahah

  • T-47 (Snow Speeder) 5.8 years ago

@Lennington I’ve been thinking about that too. I’m considering trying to make a cr90 corvette but for that it has to be complete verticale takeoff and have no trouble with switching from verticale flight to conventional

  • T-47 (Snow Speeder) 5.8 years ago

Wonderful! You’re very good at making StarWars spacecraft

  • customisable biplane 5.8 years ago

Did you not already post this?

  • HPX-003 "AMERICA!" 5.8 years ago

@HextronPrime Oh Cool! That’s where you see what the people you follow post and what they spotlight

  • Short sunderland WIP 5.8 years ago

@EternalDarkness okay that is fair enough I guess

  • Short sunderland WIP 5.8 years ago

@EternalDarkness why can’t people post WIPs? I can understand why some people would want to, especially if they would want the opinion of others from the community

  • Short sunderland WIP 5.8 years ago

Looking better! The fuselage should still be a little longer especially compared to the wings. It’s looking like it’ll end up really great!

  • Short sunderland WIP 5.8 years ago

@Lufftwaffe2007 awesome! If you post it unlisted and tag me in the comments I can take a look at it

  • HPX-003 "AMERICA!" 5.8 years ago

    Lovely!

  • Kingsman polaris V2 5.8 years ago

    Very cool!

  • M/Y Entourage 5.8 years ago

Whoa! Did you make this yourself? For a first upload it’s very impressive

  • S-27 WildSnake w/ UCAV 5.8 years ago

Nice looking plane! The fuselage reminds me a little of a mig 21. I made one with wings that looks similar actually hahaha

  • supa 5.8 years ago

Cool plane! Not easy to land but it looks good

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 5.8 years ago

@Trijets awesome! I can’t wait to see it

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 5.8 years ago

@Mumpsy yup that would be fine!
