Not too bad for one of your first builds. I like the idea of jets above the wing and not below. Also, if you use the nudge setting, you can make the windows stick out less. You can also make the shape more round, that would make it more realistic

  • p-51 updated 6.1 years ago

This is quite a cute P-51 build. Nice one!

  • Jet With Missiles 6.1 years ago

This is a pretty cool design! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tail dragging jet aircraft with forward canards before. What would help though is to make the elevator control surface larger. This way it’s able to climb easier. Try using a rotator to move the canard too. That way it looks the coolest and most realistic (in my opinion)

  • super snc-5.C 6.1 years ago

This is also pretty awesome! You think of a lot of cool aircraft designs. Do you use anything as inspiration?

  • sbf-1942 6.1 years ago

This is really awesome! It looks somewhat steampunk but then more modern

  • BR-Tgm-auto 6.1 years ago

Pretty cool design! I like the rotating loader

  • Churchill Mark III 6.1 years ago

@BlackBoA it would be cool to make simple non modded versions of the tank. If it’s too much work though that’s totally understandable

  • RJ1 2 READY 6.1 years ago

Damn this is really cool! For your first upload, I’m super impressed. Looking forward to seeing more of your builds soon!

  • Its that time of year phalanx Christmas 6.1 years ago

Ahhh yes. I like my CIWS to be festive too

  • AMA TF-42C COBRA 6.1 years ago

The manoeuvrability on this one is great! Real planes are actually far less manoeuvrable but of course this is just a game so make it however you want :) If you’re going for realism though, keep it lower than you think is necessary

  • Air Burst Disruption Pod 6.1 years ago

@AtlasAviation yup I did. So far it’s quite hard to hit a tailing plane but I’m getting a little better. It’s a fun challenge

  • Churchill Mark III 6.1 years ago

This is great! I wish I could download mods on iOS to use this properly instead of with xml modded wheels lol

  • Interested in another challenge? (Naval 1945-1950) 6.1 years ago

@BlackBoA that would be a nice one to see

  • AMA TF-52K COBRA 6.1 years ago

Pretty nice! It looks cool and flies decently well too. Great work on the elevator as well!

  • Air Burst Disruption Pod 6.1 years ago

Pretty neat. Might also be useful if a plane is chasing you. You could drop it and hope it blows up near them

  • Mig-15 'Fagot' 6.1 years ago

    @spectre118 isn’t that a little unnecessary?

  • Mig-15 'Fagot' 6.1 years ago

Very nice MiG! This shows that you don’t need a high part count to make a beautiful plane

  • H-9 Hymina 6.1 years ago

    And no problem!

  • H-9 Hymina 6.1 years ago

@Diloph ahhh fair enough. I also only build on iOS so I have a few XML modded landing gear pieces. They all have no collision so I just modify them for new aircraft. It’s pretty useful to have those as sub assemblies for when you cannot xml mod yourself.

  • YC-124 ((simple AN-124 6.1 years ago

The basic shape is really good! I know it’s meant to be simple but you should try to add a little more detail to it. It’s a nice base for a full build

  • Skyfire-2C WW2S 6.1 years ago

This is a cool awacs build!

  • Simple Flank-Egun 10C 6.1 years ago

This is really cool! It looks like it has a nice mix of existing aircraft in it like the EF2000 and Saab gripen. Very cool plane!

  • HB-6F 6.1 years ago

This is pretty nice! The fuselage looks a little short for the wings but it doesn’t take away from how cool it looks. Nice work!

  • A-4 Skyhawk 6.1 years ago

@niggelas100 cool. I make all my stuff on mobile too, you can probably tell hahaha

  • Eurofighter Typhoon Luftwaffe 6.1 years ago

Pretty decent. So you have the general shape right but everything could use a bit of touching up. The nose is too sharp, the cockpit shape is quite different, the wings are mostly a straight line at the front, the tail is far too small and angled too far back too. This seems like a lot to work on but really these are all small and simple changes that don’t take too much effort. You have the basis down really well, just get the small bits a bit of a touching up and it will look fantastic!

Wow this is a nice build! I’m impressed you could get something with that low a part count to look that good!

  • A-4 Skyhawk 6.1 years ago

This is pretty nice! Simple but elegant and it flies nicely too.

  • S-4 SkyQueen 6.1 years ago

@FENRIRpapapa it’s good you did because it’s a great build!

  • S-4 SkyQueen 6.1 years ago

@PointlessWhyshouldi it is the coolest of all the 747s!

  • S-4 SkyQueen 6.1 years ago

@FENRIRpapapa ahhh okay. I wasn’t sure if it was built to scale and it looked somewhat 747SP sized

  • Douglas A-4F Skyhawk (U.S Navy) 6.1 years ago

This one looks the best out of all of them 100%

  • Northrop F-20 Tigershark 6.1 years ago

This is really nice! About just as beautiful as the real thing. This was one of my favourite aircraft to be able to see with my own eyes. Such a shame not more than 3 were built and that only one survives to this day. One thing I will as though is that the engine inlets are too round/circular whereas on the real one, they are somewhat like squares/rectangles with rounded edges. This doesn’t take too much away from the build though and it’s still awesome!

  • H-9 Hymina 6.1 years ago

This looks really cool! Strange control system but I like it a lot. This would be interesting as a UAV of some sort. What would help though is landing gear!

  • S-4 SkyQueen 6.1 years ago

This is an incredible concept! Those engines look fantastic as well but I don’t know how I’d feel about a giant like this with only two engines hahaha. I guess we do have the B777 but it still feels strange hahaha

  • Snowman Industries Cargo Airliner 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer fair enough then. Even if it’s fictional, in my personal opinion at least, I think realism looks good even in fiction. Unless it’s something steampunk or fake futuristic of course but I understand why you’d leave them like that.

  • Star S-16 Supersonic Airliner 6.1 years ago

    @OmegaDestroyer no problem buddy!

  • Snowman Industries Cargo Airliner 6.1 years ago

This isn’t too bad! What would help a lot is changing the shape and angle of the wings. Look at some diagrams or aircraft you’re trying to model. Also adding outlines for where the control surfaces would be would help a lot to make it look better. Nice work otherwise!

  • My bi plane 6.1 years ago

Biplanes have two sets one wings (one above the other). This thing goes fast though!

  • BRP's The Ego 6.1 years ago

This is a nice little build. The engine looks nice too

  • Ju-22 6.1 years ago

This is a very cool torpedo bomber! I love those guns too, they are fantastic. I do recommend putting the cockpit a little more too the rear and making it longer. This plane is quite large and could easily fit 2-3 people (pilot, navigator/bombardier, and rear gunner/ radio operator. That would look very cool!

  • MiG-21Y 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer thank you very much for the kind words!

  • Star S-16 Supersonic Airliner 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer no problem buddy! Let me know the results if you get it done :)

  • MiG-21Y 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer I was actually surprised this ended up with less than 350-400 parts but I try to keep part count as low as possible so as many people as possible can fly it smoothly on any device. The wing detail is made with one piece that’s thick enough to see through both sides. The downside to this is that the bottom and top are relatively similar but I think it looks good on this build specifically.

  • Star S-16 Supersonic Airliner 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer no worries! I understand that text issue too. Where are you from?

  • Star S-16 Supersonic Airliner 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer No thanks, I’m sure someone else will do it but I’m quite specific on what I upload and I don’t do so often. In my opinion, it wouldn’t get many upvotes if I did it. Maybe it would get 5 or so but I think the main thing which determines whether you get upvotes is how good the plane looks in the first screenshot of it. That’s the main way you get people’s attention to your build so it needs to catch someone’s eye. Some of my uploads also get far less upvotes than I would expect for how they look and some get more. My comet is an example of one which I expected more but got less and the twin marlin is one where I expected 3-4 but got thrice that. Also, you just need to save it as another name and change the cockpit to not have it show its someone else’s plane. Good luck on your experiment though!

  • Star S-16 Supersonic Airliner 6.1 years ago

@OmegaDestroyer A little rude and demanding don’t you think? Why would I upload this?

  • Sukhoi Su-57 Felon 6.1 years ago

This is a super nice build! Wonderfully made

  • IGH Seeker 6.1 years ago

This is really awesome! I like the system to hold and drop the torpedoes
