@StJiub it takes a lot of time. Look at my early builds! They not nearly as good as yours. I’ve also been playing this game since it was released for iOS so lots of experience here hahaha
@asteroidbook345 try whatever you feel like. I won’t take points off for interiors which look bad. After looking at other builds of yours, I bet you could make a good one though and even if it’s bad, you don’t have anything to lose
Pretty nice! It would be even better if the CIWS/C-RAM could move 360 degrees and if it could be raised slightly. This would give it more angles where it could shoot at, thus making it more effective
I don’t personally think I’m going to use this one but I have this issue all the time. Just getting the general shape of the fuselage made is what stops me from building so many planes. I appreciate what you’re doing for the community here hahaha. Very useful part
Also you say that it’s not very manoeuvrable, but for the speed it goes at and the time it takes to do a 360, it would have been a fantastic turn fighter
@AircraftoftheRedStar since it’s concept and so close to the years of the challenge I’ll accept it. However it should be navalised. If it’s not, it won’t be disqualified but it will lose points for that section of the requirements.
@Diloph yup that’s totally fine as long as it’s somewhat realistic. Nothing is disqualified but it will receive less points if it’s not realistic for the time period
@Diloph yeah figured you would hahaha. It would be cool if there was an online folder where you can save builds with your account instead of on the app
@Hedero it can also be an aircraft used then that you turn into a naval one. For example, you can make a P-51 with folding wings for carrier storage, arrestor hook, and give it the ability to attach to a catapult. You can be as creative as you want as long as it’s to some extent plausible. No builds will be disqualified though, some will just get more requirement points than others.
@Hedero well for starters all of the ones used at the end of WWII, then also something like an F9F panther, FH Phantom, corsair, F8F bearcat, F7F tigercat, and many more. If you’re looking for a specific type of plane just ask and I’ll list more
@BlackBoA it’s for any planes that were in use between these years. So if a plane was made in the 1930s but was in use in 1945 (like many aircraft), it is allowed
@StJiub it takes a lot of time. Look at my early builds! They not nearly as good as yours. I’ve also been playing this game since it was released for iOS so lots of experience here hahaha
@nitroth that’s not too big a deal. It’s just filled up for a short flight!
This is so cool! I love planes which are mostly normal and then have either weird wings or engines. Very nicely made too!
This is really nice! I didn’t even realise that there was a sort of similar challenge going on hahaha. Great build!
@asteroidbook345 try whatever you feel like. I won’t take points off for interiors which look bad. After looking at other builds of yours, I bet you could make a good one though and even if it’s bad, you don’t have anything to lose
This is really cool! I’ve never thought about a design like this but it’s very well made too. Nice build quality too
@asteroidbook345 that is also a cool choice but skynight is more interesting in my opinion. Why don’t you make both?
This is a really cool concept! From what year is this supposed to be used in?
@asteroidbook345 now that is an awesome choice. I don’t think I’ve even seen one on here
Pretty nice! It would be even better if the CIWS/C-RAM could move 360 degrees and if it could be raised slightly. This would give it more angles where it could shoot at, thus making it more effective

+1@BlackBoA it’s really impressive. Did you just connect a piston to the cockpit and have it activate when the guns fire or is it more complicated?
+1@Verygoodboi well it’s open until 31 December so if you have time you’re welcome to build something for it!
@Empergyd I thought maybe you’d like to join this
@emanuelga yeah I didn’t want anyone to feel rushed at all :)
@emanuelga until 31 December so you have plenty of time :) If you need ideas for aircraft, I listed some below in a comment
@StJiub I make all my planes on iOS. It’s possible to make all sorts of aircraft with thousands of parts even!
This is such a nice aircraft! I wish it existed in real life
+1@Flyoneplays awesome! Let me know when you post it!
@StJiub you should try to make something like that on SP!
@emanuelga sure thing! I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with
This makes me really want to be able to use mods. I might buy SP on steam just for the trains
@AircraftoftheRedStar after reading this, it sounds like the perfect plane to make for this challenge! Thank you so much for the links and information
@UnguidedCylinder you seem to like naval aviation. Would you be interested in participating in this?
This is truly incredible. What an awesome build! It is incredibly detailed and has very real flight characteristics. Great job on this
+1Damn this is a really nice build! I love the cockpit and that you sort of vibrate when you shoot
@Verygoodboi Would you be interested?
@AircraftoftheRedStar that is the problem with many Russian things hahaha.
@RicardoAs1515
+3@emanuelga
@Zott
This is really incredibly cool and well made. I wish I could download mods to move it with the tracks but even without them, it’s still fantastic
+1@AircraftoftheRedStar also I’ve not heard about this plane concept that much before. Can you send me a link where I can read about it?
@AircraftoftheRedStar since it’s concept and so close to the years of the challenge I’ll accept it. However it should be navalised. If it’s not, it won’t be disqualified but it will lose points for that section of the requirements.
This thing looks really cool! Reminds me of those balsa wood models you have to put canvas and fabric over
@Diloph yup that’s totally fine as long as it’s somewhat realistic. Nothing is disqualified but it will receive less points if it’s not realistic for the time period
@StJiub thanks buddy. I like what you make too!
@StJiub well thank you very much
@BlackBoA sounds great! Looking forward to seeing it
@Diloph Would you be interested?
@Diloph yeah figured you would hahaha. It would be cool if there was an online folder where you can save builds with your account instead of on the app
@ND40X I’m looking forward to your build!
@Hedero that’s one of my favourite planes! I’m looking forward to seeing it

@FranzPeterSiegfried actually I agree. I will edit it in a short while
@FranzPeterSiegfried I don’t know. Those were only in use in 1955 in real life
@FranzPeterSiegfried no worries! I will just take them off
@FranzPeterSiegfried that would also be great as long as it’s a naval version. So something that lands on water or on a ship
@RamboJutter I would try to limit it to 2500 or so but if my phone handles it then sure. I’ve played with builds that have 3000 parts before
