@Springtrap1987 just click on or tap on the download button, it may say "this aircraft is too big" if that's the case I have a lower part count one linked in the description that should be downloadable
@grizzlitn yeah I've tried to reset the game and change the location but it still was doing it, and I just disabled my multiplayer mod as ScreamingApe suggested and it seams to have fix the issue

@BaconRoll oh ok well idk if there is a way to fix it on iOS, maybe find a rotor that doesn't do that one someone else's build and save that rotor as a sub assembly?
You on iOS or some sort of computer? Cause in the over load mod there is a setting on the rotors that has -1 and 1 for "range of rotation" or something along those lines, so delete the -1 from the box and replace it with 0 but keep the normal 1, don't delete that, or do it the other way around, delete the normal 1 and replace it with 0 and keep the -1
