I think the bird flapping is because ur wings a grenerating a lot of lift (obviously). Try adding a fuselage piece going through the wing slightly at the part closest to the main body and going through that main body. The fuselage piece with act as a support. As for the op flaps, try making the flaps area on the wing small. Hopefully this helps u.
And one more thing @Kevinairlines. Do u might modifying ur Heavy Suspension design to have the four current wheels wider apart length ways, and adding a 3 pair of wheels, but the new two wheels more away from the other pairs? Thanks.

1. Start the tank with the slider, then apply full power.
2. I would recommend adding a three floppy rotator to all of the tracks, and making the detaches at the front drop off the tank when u start, in order to avoid explosions.
3. I extended the tank’s width by one block, with an extra cockpit.
4. Can I uses this design for my own tank?
