@11qazxc I base this on data from Wikipedia, and my personal experience in world of tanks and world of tanks Blitz. The SU-152 has a top speed of 42 km/h [source] . Tank destroyers are much different now, most of them have only anti-tank missiles, thus breaking the "Must have a cannon" rule.
Furthermore, I'll cite Wikipedia:
