There's too much col (center of lift) in the back, the position is ok, I couldn't fix it, the only solution is to make the stabilizer down in the fuselage low as possible, move the center of mass behind center of lift as close as possible
I see the problem, the center of mass is too close to the blue thing (idk what is called) the main solution is to add more weight to the front or it don't work and a long fuselage in the front I will credit you once I fix it
