@UnitedStankCrafts @Aldriech @Kotoura002 @Dunkelhundkonzern I'm planning on create a discord server, for real. But this may take a while because this Monday, school is going to start again in Indonesia. So you may not heard any progress for a week
SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR UPVOTING IT! :D
Its highly apreciated, and i thought it will never worked for me to put an cranky ol' steam engine on a website where people builds planes all the time, i thought i would get maybe only 3-7 upvotes in a day, turns out it exploded and still growing!. Flying scotsman was a remarkable piece of history that must be preserve to this day. Stay safe peeps ;)
@Kotoura002 now the problem is we need to find who has a fictional nation, Wich is kinda hard. Second who is going to create a discord server (I'm to lazy lol)
@DIKA2 DID U KNOW?? Gordon was based of the A1 class of locomotive used by the LNER. The A1 was a pedeccesor to the flying Scotsman (A3 locomotive) Wich technically Gordon and flying Scotsman are brothers
Looks are pretty good, design is also very creative with the the tank commander peeking out of the hatch, and some wood logs on the side, indicating it was some sort of recovery vehicle. But the magnet on the back didn't seems to do anything, I know this was supposed to tow destroyed or damaged tanks into the scrapyard or something but maybe it's just me who didn't use it right :/
Looks are great, the idea is very creative, detailing is also great (when u break, the lamps on the back turned on, etc). But the maneuveribility (on land) is not great, the tracks are slippier and always drift even when moving strait forward. Maneuveribility on water is also a big issue, it was slow and could only move about 3-5ish mph. While most amphibious tanks could go around 30-45ish mph. Improve it while you still have time :D
@mrfeistyboo ok... I can see this thing can't even fly and always tip over. I suggest moving the main wing to the back and fused it with the back stabilizers. And you should move the CoM far away as possible from the CoL
tip: put the VTOL thrusters in the center of Mass (CoM). That way it will balance the vertical takeoff. You also need a gyroscope to further balancing your aircraft stability when taking off vertically.
Because of vtol thrusters are only meant to vertical takeoff , your aircraft will be slow while in normal flight. This can be fixed with 2 options: option 1 is to increase the VTOL engine power by xml modding. Option 2 is to put a hidden jet engine in the fuselage and set a activation group to increase the speed in normal flight

Correction: as you can see in the rules section. I say "part limit is 30" ,that should be change to "Minimum" Part limit to avoid confusion.
