It does have Downforce, yes, but you need to XML mod all wings pices to inverted=true and angle them just like spoilers. To XML them, go into the Overload mod. Another thing you should do is change their scale to 0.25,0.25,0.25 and ajust them normally after that.
Ive had many issues with this, not personally, but trying to talk people on avoid doing that, and their excuses are always the same: "[insert rank] must be [insert rank] quality" or "you have more points so do your job perfectly"
It wont be, it wasnt Jundroo who did it cuz they wanted to. It was a googlr policy change that forced them to remove mod support. But really, mods make the game cooler but it really isnt that big of a deal
