plane needs a bit more lift. this can be fixed by simply adding Trim to tail wings.

but flight is disappointing
you should reduce a bit distance between CoM and CoL
too much drag on the plane, reduce it to 2-3000
you shouldn't use Gyro to control the plane
exhaust too long
nozzles are cut on the sides which is unreal
however, cockpit is good enough
also, you don't need infinite fuel
