Why can't I give this more than 5 stars?

  • P-51 Mustang (Modernized) 10.1 years ago

I just made that up, but there are several modern planes named after World War Two planes, so I just thought that if you ever added anything to this plane, you should name it that. I didn't have any updates in mind, or I'd probably do them myself!

  • Experimental Gearbox 2 10.1 years ago

    I built a better version.

  • storm tracker plane 10.1 years ago

You can't have the wheels come off at the same time as the fuel pod

  • max speed challenge 10.1 years ago

You need to make this fly.

  • P-51 Mustang (Modernized) 10.1 years ago

F-55 Mustang II If you ever make an updated version, title it like that to keep with recent plane-naming standards!

  • The Red Baron 10.1 years ago

I added a little cart to it with a VTOL engine and extra fuel and made the propeller so it spins during flight.

  • Relly fun try it 10.1 years ago

But what am I supposed to do?

  • Nuke 10.1 years ago

I love the description but I can't make it fly so I can use it.

  • Piece of Resistance + 10000 ft drop 10.1 years ago

The cockpit hit the fuselage on the way down and blew it up!

What is the objective to the game?

  • 1000+ MPH USS Tiny 10.1 years ago

@KingDeadshot It doesn't stay put for long, but long enough to make some impressive Kamcord videos.

  • Heavy Lift Engine Mk. I 10.1 years ago

In 12 hours I can post my example

  • 1000+ MPH USS Tiny 10.1 years ago

@KingDeadshot the plane I based this off of was meant to do that, so it really doesn't surprise me that that's what it did.

  • Break physics 10.1 years ago

It didn't do anything except boing the detatcher back up, but it was surprisingly entertaining.

  • 1000+ MPH USS Tiny 10.1 years ago

@KingDeadshot What does it do? I warned you about the steering. You might hae to change your graphics and physics to high.

  • Help me 10.1 years ago

Try raising your physics and graphics to high.

  • Help me 10.1 years ago

I can't seem to find the problem you speak of.

  • Jet Fighter (Needs Help) 10.1 years ago

    I fixed it.

  • Jet Fighter (Needs Help) 10.1 years ago

It worked for me with them both set to high.

  • Jet Fighter (Needs Help) 10.1 years ago

Try adjusting your graphics or physics settings.

I've identified part of the problem: the center of gravity is too high. I don't know what's making it get out of balance, though. I added fuel tanks to the bottom to lower the center of gravity and widened the wings and landing gear. I also took off the rotors and mirrored the body and put the rotors back on. It rolls the opposite direction now, so that might be an improvement.

  • X-204 phantom improved 10.1 years ago

    Hmm.

  • New F35! 10.1 years ago

I tried getting rid of the motor and flipping the canopy down, but I couldn't get it to line up. I also tried replacing the part on the opposite side of the rotator and putting another rotator for better balance, but it didn't help any.

    Neato

  • 20 Engine Challenge 10.1 years ago

I think the secret to mine is not to pitch up or down very much... If you handle it like a regular airplane, it freaks out.

  • BlackSwallow 10.1 years ago

    Love the thrust vectoring.

  • Blade Series: Stiletto I 10.1 years ago

    Thanks.

  • Blade Series: Stiletto I 10.1 years ago

Can you make a "Broadsword" that's like a huge but mobile-friendly bomber?

  • 20 Engine Challenge 10.1 years ago

Launching off the Tiny is like flying a Saturn rocket: you appear to have the illusion of control, but you are really at the mercy of physics.

  • 20 Engine Challenge 10.1 years ago

The secret is "don't pull up too fast".

  • 20 Engine Challenge 10.1 years ago

Well, flying is kind of a loose term, but I have high physics and graphics. I sort of took off off of the USS Tiny, but I didn't get far.

  • STEAM TRAIN CHALLENGE!!!! 10.1 years ago

    Sounds tricky

  • X-204 phantom improved 10.1 years ago

@Me600 What about the modded ones, though? What do they weigh?

  • Advanced heli tech 10.1 years ago

Ok. I'll look at it. I'm terrible at helicopters, so I probably can't fix it, but I'll try.

  • X-204 phantom improved 10.1 years ago

@Me600 I liked the props, so I kept them on and shortened them so the landing gear would fit. Do you know how much the fuel cubes weigh? I have some that weigh a lot that I don't like using.

  • Advanced heli tech 10.1 years ago

    Out of balance. Check CoM/CoL/CoT.

  • Owl (finished!!!) 10.1 years ago

    Love the feathers.

  • Airbus a340-500 (nose tweak) 10.1 years ago

    Oh.

  • X-204 phantom improved 10.1 years ago

@Me600 I've thought about making a flying wing, but I can hardly make conventional planes fly, at least from scratch.

  • X-204 phantom improved 10.1 years ago

@Me 600 I noticed those. The exhaust trails from the props are kind of distracting!

  • Boeing 777 10.1 years ago

Thanks, I guess. I haven't tried making an airliner, but I don't think it would turn out well.

  • Airbus a340-500 (nose tweak) 10.1 years ago

Ah. It was the landing gear. I downloaded it again to test and when I put up the landing gear, it blew up.

  • X-204 phantom improved 10.1 years ago

@Me600 I just like working on this plane. It exploded a couple times for me, but it wasn't too bad.

  • Space Shuttle Help 10.1 years ago

@TheSoundofLight The centers of mass and lift wouldn't really be useful for s vertical plane, would they?
