Could i make a plane that is used by all nations that was made previous to this conflict by a faction less country? So that way any one working with any nation could have a stock aircraft that is the same no matter what country uses it but each country could modify it to there needs (note i know its late)

@Aarav it'll be a prop plane but like the A1 skyraider (due to the fact it was made in the late 40s) , it'll be able to take out jets
