I understand not being able to mirror the entire plane after a certain point. But you can mirror individual parts, if not on plane, you can pull it off, mirror it, and the put it back on, and you only have to worry about positioning not size. You can also mirror assemblies whole as long as they aren't connected to the cockpit/plane. Great job!
This was very easy to take off in VTOL. I found that there was way too much roll control surfaces. I took off all but one on either side. And added an inverse pitch on the front Wing section. As soon as I did that it handled much better especially in rolls.
I think maybe if you start a new airplane, create the part you want to create and then go into XML modding, it would be easier to find that individual part then find it on an entire plane. after you mod it you save it into sub-assemblies and then you can reload your original plane and pull the modded part out of sub-assemblies and install it.
Yeah I know I was there but I was a little too old for these shows, (plus no cable) most of my shows were late 70s kids shows. Sesame Street and mr. Rogers. @spinnes
and that knight robot? Sorry but where the f* is the off switch on that thing. It is the worst kind of plot motivator, sort of like Jar Jar Binks mixed with C-3PO and none of the cuteness of R2D2. With a stick that he is unable to control. Turn that mother f* off. @spinnes
@Spinnes oh my God why did you do that to me? I just spent 45 minutes watching something idiotic it's the stupidest thing I've ever seen I don't know if it's because of the translations but the voice acting is stupid and all of those supposedly evil machines get blown up by a guy on a horse. Plus in a half an hour I counted at least three blatant Star Wars rip offs.
And that is a no on the go I have a broken phone screen so it totally would not work I tried it when it first came out and I couldn't get my screen to throw the ball so I just deleted it. Thank (God, Rick, Mickey, Cthullu, Google, or your choice of deity), too.
In the future when you upload you should make sure that the picture is a really good picture and that you actually put in the description so that way people know whether or not it's a boat or a plane or a car or how to even drive it. This might help in more downloads and more upvotes.
The answer is yes. But you need windows, and you need find tuner. Or you can just download somebody else's fine tuned beacon lights. https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/89x6jB/Art-2-0 then save the individual lights into your sub-assemblies and then you can place them on any plane that you want. Look at some of my unmodded planes I have a lot of fine tuner Beacon lights flat, long, etcetera.
Think of it as "writer's block" or whatever equivalent you prefer. I like to take one of my old vehicles, and rework it into a completely different form, sort of an exercise for the imagination. Like "Freeform writing." (Sorry, I have studied writing, and these are the easiest metaphors that come to mind.)
@Kt1578 yes I found that speedometer in someone's parts list and I just keep reusing it. Until I can figure out how to get clear fuselage or glass then...
Hover conversion?

The color is reminiscent of oxidized copper, so apropos!!! @MrMecha @SimpleFlow
@GenrichTitov trust me I tried and I tried, almost any other configuration it becomes extremely unstable.
Ah I remember those days.... like page 7 or 8 in my posts.
That's not how this works, we already know that about this cockpit. You're supposed to build a plane around the cockpit and then we upvote that.
Start in air, throttle up VTOL up, trim down. Excellent ornithopter.
Successor!
Nice. Here's one that works on water. If you want to see. https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/mhri18/2115-Mailtruck

"It" of course means, make the whole bus. Hell even throw in the Corvette. That would be too awesome.
Do it. Come on just do it.
Check out his cousin in my posts.
hooray! Thanks.

Okay, so now what's my next goal? How many points to get to platinum? @EternalDarkness

@Spinnes oh by the way, you're upvote gave me 10K. Thanks.

Now that is how you do trim with contrasting color awesome paint job.

I see some YouTube videos in your future.

They should have been flying these on Hoth (Empire strikes back) not through a forest on endor. Mickey Mouse strike me dead if My opinion is wrong.
Actually was from the movie "Return of the Jedi" But AWESOME!!!

@GenrichTitov no YouTube just recommended it I watched it and I was like hey I recognize that one.
https://youtu.be/F8vaH5afeik I just found this thought you might like it. Or not.
My latest plane started out as a propeller speedboat and I tried to add variation to it and then ended up as a jet plane the Stellatta Bellatta.
@Mellons says the guy who's name is Mellons.
@Tionis Sorry what I really meant was "Jolly ranchers" They are sweet and colorful but sharp and dangerous. Also the shape is similar. :-)
This is sweet.
Airplane emojis need to be made, pronto.
@AviownCorp Here is my latest brain fart.
Wow! An orange dot....Must download. You can focus the camera so you can have a good picture.

This is superb.
Way to go daddy.
Really good, I like it. Though your yaw needs to be inverted on one side.
@Kt1578 no I spent some of the money I saved buying a PC vs an apple.
