I took off, flew it around for a bit, then landed. There isn't much to fix. The fast spinning thing is more to do with flying it rather than the plane itself.
I found that it's not so much to do with the placement of the wings but the placement of the engines. The plane goes up when at full speed and inverted so that should say something about the engines placed higher than the others
@PPLANESco of you mean why can't I download this plane, it's because it has been decided by some program that it is too big for mobile downloading (I'm assuming you play SP on a phone or tablet)
Cool use of threw body parts... I am hoping that they make a really thin body panel so you can make planes like the T-50 ( http://warfare.be/db/catid/255/linkid/2280/ ) more accurately.
Just wondering... Did simpleplanes get the steam green light or is it being processed or something cause I really want to get it on steam so it's less of a hassle re downloading if it gets corrupted or I just want to reset the game.
@AndrewGarrison
@LordofLego I just found that thE engine was jumping a little to much for my liking, so I used the flywheel viol things to point down and keep the engine as grounded as it can be.
Everything is amazing... Except the crank shaft. If it is specific to this model of engine, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that 2 cylinder engines have one cylinder firing when the other one has half completed its "turn".
Still love the design; has been consistent at starting.
I found that it flew kind of well, however the plane doesn't really look like an F-35. For example the plane consists of one tail but the real thing consists of two slanted tails.
This was more or less an experiment to see how easy I can use wings as a structural surface and I must admit, it took some time, and with my not-so active gaming life on iPad, it may be some time before I make another (I tend to make a couple of long term things that take a total of maybe 2-3 hrs to make but I spread it over a while).

@Delphinus
I just came back from playing another game just to see if someone had rated it and to my surprise I saw your rating... 9 minutes since I first uploaded it. Must be some sort of record.
Really like it! Landing is pretty fun and cahallenging. Also I can't really see why you start at 40,000 ft cause I took if from 75,000 and it was pretty easy.
@LordofLego I was just testing it again and found out that the second bullet gets stuck on the first one causing it to shoot into the gun... Still kinda works on my iPad.
Maybe an update changed the way it fired... I wouldn't be surprised as most of the time the bullets would hit the surrounding blocks and explode.@LordofLego

I was able to fly it fine. @benbus
When you put a plane up and say "Fix this" you have to tell them what you want fixed.
Fix what?
I like this one a lot more in terms of handling.
I always love me a good Sukhoi plane
What are you thanking Apple for? They didn't do anything.
Na. I play on low cause I only have it on iPad @Verdnan
Love it's manoeuvrability, however the props seem to break up at about 300mph
@K692 if they were smaller, it would suck at low speed.
I wish I had the PC version now... Can't wait for it to come out on steam @Flakmagnet
Anyone know how much longer till the beta is available as a proper update?

I would make the F-35 with it but my iPad can only just handle things like this with a reasonable fps
Reminds me of this http://www.aviationinsurors.com/solarplane.html
Still rivals the size of modern day ships
This is one of my favourite planes from War Thunder, which is a game I absolutely love that is made up of WW1 to I think Korea or just after WW2.
@Nick7777 :P

Almost silver :)

@LordofLego Made the crankshaft move as one. Had to extend the front by a whole layer cause one of the pistons didn't fit in the end.
@LordofLego I was just wondering... Still like the design tho

:P
I like how pretty much no matter what the plane is, as long as it's beta its 5/5 but since this one look cool I will r8 it.
:P
Why don't they just release the update yet... We all want it!
Kinda looks like my one... https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/y4UDdh/Sea-Speeder

Haters gonna hate

The download to ratings ratio is petty good at the moment: 1/1 @Delphinus

@hypnotoad Thanks!
:P
Like the plane. Is it just my game or does this fly with no fuel?
Thanks! @jheffernan

@A5mod3us What ever one is best :P

@LordofLego This build wasn't really as perfect as I thought it was going to be
Can't remember... I think it's AC 1-5 or something @LordofLego
The controls allow the perfect barrel roll.
The under steer is real.
