@RC1138Boss Yea, sure, maybe, but the best variant is rarely the genesis that started it. The 17G may be common, but that doesn't matter when its the last of a line of large 4 engined aircraft. It is whilst not a footnote, yet still not the most important B-17 variant. The 17E served through just about the entire war, and performed high importance mapping missions, as well as obliterate Japanese aircraft at Lae, Finschafen, Rabaul and Balikpapan. To add to all of that, the B-17E joined the RAF as an anti submarine patrol plane. The B-17F crawled for the B-17E to walk for the B-29 to become Usain Bolt. Without the B-17F, we'd have still been fumbling about with the B-29. And the G variants used the success of the E and F to obliterate German production capabilities. My point, reached through my statements above, is that the B-17G was just as, if not less, important than the B-17E and F. Hence, the E or F variant should be considered the B-17, not the G.
@AntonWings Thank you! However, I only really did that to make aiming easier. Yaw isn't usually an issue in aiming, but here it was.
I can't wait for the comments to be more toxic than the Elephant's Foot in Chernobyl
+10Oh, Brit, btw, the cannons aren't as good as the Wing Guns.
Very cute owo
Oh lawd he comin
@AntonWings I, personally, prefer the B model. It just looks nicer with the razor back.
+1Question, may I modify this aircraft to be the Ki-45 KAI Tei?
+1@AntonWings Nice! I'd suggest building a P-36 or P-40, aircraft that would have fought the Ki-45 early in the war!
+1Fun fact: this was a real plane! The Focke Wulf 190 'Sturmböcke' was a FW-190 with two rockets for use and anti bomber weapons.
+1@AntonWings Would you be willing to make a J1N2 or a Ki-83?
+1@CKKI I was referring to the Baltic states, Hungary, Poland, and Romania... In 1939...
@CKKI Because A) they made literal tens of thousands of everything, and B) most of the countries it fought had micro militaries.
@CKKI The KV series was a shit tank, as were all of the USSR'S designs for about 99% of everything.
Arigato, for the first proper Japanese twin engine fighter I've seen on SP.
+2This tank was absolute cannon fodder for the Tiger last I checked lol.
Still better than the cyber truck
+3@CRATE52PART2 It is
+1Haven't heard that name in forever...
First
+1Hey, do you have any reference photos of the G4M you modeled here? Any photos of the IRL inspiration?
Fun fact: the Shinkansen 0 Series created a sonic boom when entering and exiting a tunnel, hence why they stopped being used
"...non-toxic community" sir do you know what the fuck non-toxic means????
+5@Tsuchiisan Ok...
@Tsuchiisan WOWs be like:
Can we get an official HMS Lion out of this?
Would sure be a shame if a flight of 4 American P-47Ns dove on them.
@EternalDarkness please do not upvotes my builds. I do not wish to be associated with you in any way.
@Yourlocalhuman With a few HE bombs, this can really put that to the test!
+1@Dathcha You literally just told me to kill myself. If that doesn't get you a strike, then the site is biased against me.
@Dathcha Actually, lava is like Oobleck, I can't "jump into it"
@Dathcha Ew
"All pilots. The enemy has no air cover. This will be a simple, glorious victory."
Aww how cute. Time to chop it up via 20mm tail gun
+1@Transgirl1MA Stfu nobody asked you.
Does it have an N² bomb tho?
@BaconAircraft I was making a fucking joke m8.
You do know that the second World War had gunsights , right????
POV: It's your first time playing Gunship Sequel: WWII
+7Why tf do people insist on saying the MiG-15s name???
+3@SCPCalebkid Fr

+2This is the B-17G...I hate when people call the 17G just the B-17.
How exactly do I make a Detacher activate by Speed?
Perfect to reskin this as the Zero used to sink USS St. Lo
Can we get a B-17 carrying A JB-2 flying bomb? Specifically MB-17G 44-85815
Thanks lad, Love ya for this!
@MikuisNOTaboi Temp banned, but yes I did
@KDnotSpy It's never the one's like you that go missing.
@KDnotSpy Its hate speech to not like perverts, Nazis, and people who tell me to kill myself?
@MyReaktorIsLeak Ja!
