On a more serious note, the creators of the challenge, joking or not, should be held accountable. They may not have directly influenced the deaths, but they certainly are at fault for it.

It's like forgetting to put your parking brake on in a hill. Yeah, you weren't driving the car when it rolled into someone's car, but you're still guilty of being negligent.
In that situation, the person who created the challenge might not have directly influenced the death, but they still caused it.

If a company bought it already, they should be legally mandated to put on filters and moderation for posts.
