Set the offset thruster to activate with one of the free groups (I used 6) and take off using only the prop, no problems with a ground takeoff after that. Then you can kick in the thrust once you're in the air.
This thing is fast and crazy responsive in pitch, roll, and yaw...you don't usually get all 3 in one plane. Very impressive work.

Consider adding some bow thrusters to get Tinys' nose under control
I like that you can pull the vtol slider all the way down to assist with breaking when you're coming in real hot, lol. Intentional?
Keep rocking the vtol slider and you can get these pretty high....sweet!!!
