  • Hs 129 b-3 no mods 7.0 years ago

@MethaManAircraft look at the plane from the front. it looks like a shoe.

  • Bob Semple (SILVER SPECIAL!) 7.0 years ago

@Mostly @Priaxis the last tracked tanktor of the world. and a thing of true jokes.

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@Tully2001 water is not so uncommon to attack a planet for it. that is the problem water is practicaly the most common molecule so that a race that wages interstelar wars about it is a dumb concept. we need water and i know this so yes thanks to remind me of a writing error in the text above that i didnt noticed until now. btw what did you think what would be the biggest reason for a war between us and aliens? i would say missunderstandings like a species of plant like aliens gets greeted by the PETA.

  • BF-109 7.0 years ago

looks nice so far but the engine is wrong. the bf109 used a v12 when i get it right.

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

@PorkyClown3 the rocket is mostly made of two tanks. the space ex rockets have a size limit imposed by elon so that his company has the serous issue to limp behind when it comes down to high power rockets. for your information: the biggest balloon in human history is the saturn V with the ariane 5 on second place. both rockets are kept in shape by the pressure of their own fuel. every gram you can shave of is a win in capacity and musk looses the only thing that realy matters on every lading crash. simply saving the most precious part is far cheaper and gives you mobility fra beond musks horizon in capacity (fun fact: the saturn V flew on only two or three of the main stage engines. the center engine run on full throttle and the four engines around it were running on only half or quarter power because they were steering).

  • SA Current SVP (1/2 scale) 7.0 years ago

uhm why did you post this thing twice? or is this because this dealy thing of sp?

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

@PorkyClown3 nasa promised weekly launches with the space shuttle. then the military steped in. nasa launches when they have a reason to launch spacex is a private contractor. there are diffenreces that need acounting so the bfr will most likely not even remotely beat the sls in cost points because you need fuel to land the thing. i find the esa idea far better than musks idea because the only part that you realy need for reusing is the engine so why dont only save the engine only? should even work with multiple stages.

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

@PorkyClown3 the fact is that you should start with a trowaway rocket because they are cheaper.

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

@Kerbango thepilotdude made a great coment that even contained an argument that i didnt had for not building one. but yeah i think bowie won here (his major tom was even in a german song called völlig losgelöst).

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

@PorkyClown3 could be a solution but he dreams to big to get this thing up and running in his scedule. nasa had the idea first o use spaceships for international travel. so yes the rocket could be there soon but i would say that the sls will beat the bfr.

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

@ThePilotDude and thats the idea of the dude wo worte a book about a black stone that made monkeys into humans and turned jupiter into a star (2001 oddesy in space and 2010 the year we make contact both were turned into movies later).

  • 3M-54 Kalibr Cruise Missile 7.0 years ago

@ljutiren have startet a little discussion about the space elevator today. would be nice to have some talk over there its about a problem in the concept i noticed.

  • 3M-54 Kalibr Cruise Missile 7.0 years ago

@ljutiren ok. its funny how many people dont even know that cruise missiles arent rockets.

  • 3M-54 Kalibr Cruise Missile 7.0 years ago

looks nice but where are the wings? are they tucked in or what? when yes than the descritption isnt finished. but it looks nice none the less.

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

  • future of space travel stuff. 7.0 years ago

    what do you think @DemonSniper8?

  • Hs 129 b-3 no mods 7.0 years ago

@MethaManAircraft the walking shoe of death. look for your self its the front view.

  • Slow Black 7.0 years ago

@SledDriver could you build a craft that at least is called bin chicken?

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@Tully2001 what was the profanity thing btw? my english isnt very great.

  • X plane 7.0 years ago

whtas the biggest weaknes of fictional canard planes by peoples that dont understand the advantegs of this way to build? to place the guns on the wings. i think the best candidate for this award in idiotic building is the x-wing that swaps its guns with the payload launchers in place for the better gun implacement. or more direct: you can tell if someone understands the concept of canard fighters by gun implacement (best place for guns in under the nose of the plane). looks nice for a start.

  • Aerodynamic wind tunnel 7.0 years ago

does this thing wokr and wen yes how?

  • Mi-24 7.0 years ago

blocky but a god looking start.

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@Tully2001 i never said that fgw craft was not god. i said that his story for it was rubish. water is super abundand and he had build a craft that is from an alian race tha searches for water but instead of simply asking he blocked up so i wanted to talk. could it be that the website needs some rules regarding storys for alien encounters?

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@FastDan media zealot is a youtuber wo takes such under developed traverlers apart but i think the winer is for me the attacking civiliastion from pacific rim: the are silicone based but silicone based live has even bigger problem with oxigen than we have. un our case only unbound or single bound oxigen atom are a problem but for them even water is toxic. and what do they attack? a water world. i think the same guy did the mosnters for a quite place.

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@FastDan i mean the best material to build spacecraft out of is titanium and possibly some plastics (a good reason for a species to attack because we have trees that could be used to creat such stuffs).

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@FastDan wow. how many guys that think like trump when creating aliens exists on the interwebs? oops that was drama in its own but yeah why do the most sci-fi writers think aliens only need some resources? in this regard the plot of war of the worlds is mostlikely the best plot for an alien invasion story ever made. they are so advanced that theyr power is of the chards for us and what they want is only the planet.

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@FastDan tag him to this post i hope he understands. the bigest problem is that every scifi movie that has someone invade earth has a super stupid enemy that searches something unseless (earths core in indipendece day) or something that you get somewhere else for free (good resources alsmot every of this movies). the most usefull stuff on earth is most likely the planet itself. he has made a post about a alien race that needs water and attacks earth for it. the thing looks great but the plot is weak. he could say that they need a resource unique to our marine ecosystem and it would be fixed up.

  • things to remind you all. 7.0 years ago

@FGW2014 it was never my intend to hate your creation. only this story thing has very weak legs when you look it up.

  • Muräne 7.0 years ago

    mayor naise aproves this.

  • PZL M-15 Belphegor 7.0 years ago

@ScreamingApe nothing againt the model itself. but the plane is one of the most ugly looking planes that i know.

  • PZL M-15 Belphegor 7.0 years ago

this cropduster doesnt needed any stuff to dust the crops. all pests would die from the looks of the plane alone.

  • V1 Cleaver 7.0 years ago

@Othawne it a shame that simple pnaes didnt have pulse jets or ramjets jet it would be great to use them for guided boom stuff.

  • V1 Cleaver 7.0 years ago

@Othawne the USA eperimented in the first world war with a plane called the kettering bug that was by concept the first try but it was not capable of hitting anything so the v1 was realy the first.

  • ScF-2D 7.0 years ago

@Carbonfox1 @Scharnhorst you can clearly see it. but a question to you two: wich plane did you think gave this plane its propeller cannon? it cant be german (the bomber from rostock is a combination of a me 163 flipped over and something from the horten brothers).

  • Jagdschrauber III 7.0 years ago

@FlyingThings there were palnes that did this without being both. ok it has some looks but at the same time it looks rather funny than dangerous.

  • Jagdschrauber III 7.0 years ago

whats this? the name is fitting for a helicopter but its a plane so what wants this thing to be?

  • ScF-3D 7.0 years ago

@Carbonfox1 ok. the movie is good but it is a bit too long some times and other times the movie is to short.

  • ScF-3D 7.0 years ago

@Carbonfox1 did you know the sanka?

  • ScF-3D 7.0 years ago

    @Scharnhorst but still very cool.

  • ScF-3D 7.0 years ago

    @Scharnhorst but still very cool.

  • ScF-3D 7.0 years ago

@Scharnhorst sorry but its far easier to point out the diferences: a slightly different canopy, only one vertical stabilizer, no conter clockwise spinning second prop and no batery razor shaped antenna.
