Oh gotcha ok. Yeah that would be a good idea. I’ll play around with it. Although I will probably not post again since this is already the third time haha. @XjayIndustrys
Hey! How’d you get to 6k already? Good work! I mean, I guess you’ve posted some sweet planes lately so really it makes sense. Still, good job! @XjayIndustrys
Hmmm, yeah. I tried to bury the T1000 part in there cause I don’t like the way it looks too much, but I don’t want the blades touching the fairing when the rotor pitch is out all the way. One of the limitations of SP, I guess. Or I just haven’t figured out a good way around it haha. @XjayIndustrys
Haha yeah the rudder pistons... I couldn’t figure out what to do with that. Oh well. Thanks for the awesome feedback as usual, man. You rock! @XjayIndustrys
@BogdanX hey man, I was hoping I could get your opinion on this? I just loved the Dynofox so much, it was kind of my inspiration for this plane, even though it looks totally different... also I used a couple of Dynofox parts on this. So I’m really curious to hear what you think! :)
So yeah, I think you need to move the center of mass forward and move the center of life backward (if you can) and also change the airfoil on your primary wings from ‘symmetric’ to ‘semi-symmetric’ or ‘flat bottom’. That should hopefully correct the problems with the flight characteristics. Also you might want to reduce the diameter of the props because it’s difficult to avoid prop strike during take off. @CrazyCatZe
Oh gotcha. Well, I’m pretty happy with it the way it is, I just wanted to add slats and improve the flight characteristics, I didn’t really want to change anything else... but if you’ve got some ideas about how you’d want to change the looks of the plane, I’d love to see what you come up with! :) @SmashGrabJr
Thanks man! Yeah I had to put the scaled wings there... if I moved them any farther forward, the flight characteristics messed up. I know it’s a bit tricky to land, with the nose diving and all, but only if you’re going for STOL. If you land normally and without flaps, I think it does fine... thank you for the awesome feedback! I’m going to post another version with slats and hopefully with better flight characteristics. @XjayIndustrys
Actually it’s based on a kit plane called “Savage Bobber” which as far as I know is not an STOL plane, it’s just an ultralight kit plane. @JelloAircraftCorporation
Oh okay gotcha. Are you saying I need to reduce drag as well as add slats? Do you have recommendations for slats? I’ve never made them before... also, you asked if it was intended for STOL competitions... does that mean that there are actually STOL competitions in SP? Is it something in multiplayer? @Chancey21 @ThePrototype
There’s some CoM/CoL balance issues, I would say, which makes it so the plane fights you when you try to pitch up hard, but other than that it’s pretty good! Especially for not having been flight tested at all hahaha! @CrazyCatZe
:) I guess I could have spent more time testing it than I did, but hopefully there was something helpful in my comment lol. If you’d like me to spend a little more time testing to give you more in-depth feedback, let me know @GenericWhiteGuy

+1Thank you for sharing your opinion about the body panels @randomusername
+1The pitch rate is less responsive because I was going for realism @randomusername
+1Maybe it’s a bad picture...crap. Or maybe it’s just a bad color scheme haha. I don’t seem to have a very good eye for that. @randomusername
+1Are you talking about the chrome tubing? @randomusername
+1Thanks! @zoomzoomzoom

Yep, sure was! This thing is perfect! I love it!!! @LiamW
Thank you! :) @CrazyCatZe
:) @CrazyCatZe
Awesome!!! Love the interior!
@CrazyCatZe That’s cool man, it’s still a really fantastic build!
Haha yeah. Although it does look a good deal like the lil cub. @JelloAircraftCorporation

Wow very cool! The Valkyrie was my favorite plane when I was a kid. Great job, I love it!!!
Wow this thing is crazy fast! You’ve never really been lost until you’re lost going 15,000 mph hahaha. This is really cool I love it great job!
Hahaha! @XjayIndustrys
Haha @XjayIndustrys
Awesome cockpit! Great work :)
+1:) haha. My girlfriend in high school used to say “cool beans” all the time. I wonder what ever became of her... @XjayIndustrys

@ThePrototype Thanks! :)

+1@Chancey21 hey, thanks! This is like, my first whole build that wasn’t a low-effort. Although it sorta looks low effort as I’m looking at it now haha.
Ah okay gotcha... any ideas? Haha @ThePrototype
Ok, yeah, thanks. I think I might just do that. @ThePrototype
Ah okay. Cool thanks for the tips. @Chancey21
Btw thank you! :) @Chancey21
Haha dang, right on man! Thank you so much! @FastDan
+1I love it!!!! @Thehiguy
Awesome!!!!! I love it! Hahaha so cool. Great job!
+1Sweet!!! @AtomicCyclone
Thank you!!! :) @FastDan

Ummm I haven’t picked one yet... why? @ThePrototype

Of course! @Thehiguy
+1Dang that sucks :( congrats in the gold though! @CrazyCatZe
The detail work on this is absolutely amazing!!!
+1Wow. Absolutely stunning. I love the camp and I really love the cockpit. Truly fantastic work, I’m very impressed
Awesome plane, great job!!!
