    @Gamechievements Don't just try to open the mod, follow the directions for where to put it..?

    I don't have Mac, but so far you're the only one who's reported it bringing you to the AppStore version, so... idk, make sure you followed the OSX directions properly?

    @Gamechievements sigh... I guess probably whenever I get to officially releasing the version with the scale tool, though I wanted a more complete version before releasing on Steam, I've been pretty busy with other stuff, and it seems like getting much more done is going to take a while at this point :/


    Just in case you didn't know, you can still manually install the PC/OSX version on your Steam build of the game.

    @xboxsparta321 Sorry for the late reply, slipped past me :/

    Anyway, yeah, that's because there was a bug when I made this, that you had to manually change the rotation of the new rotators when they were mirrored, but they fixed that by detecting mirrored rotators, and automatically rotating them... which also mucks up the rotation of ones that were manually rotated before, for some reason XD

    I did release a new and improved version, which doesn't have the issue, though it may be harder to pilot effectively (and without blowing up), but I'm not actually sure.

    @ThunderscreechEngineering the fine tuner doesn't affect how things are mirrored, or how they connect, so it'd be a stock game bug, but probably only happens when rotated at an angle that you can't get it at without a mod, or XML editing...

    @JMicah4 "Android SDK", unless you plan on making Android apps in the future, don't bother with Android Studio, scroll down to "Get Just The Command Line Tools", and pick the installer or zip file... installer recommended.

    @SpiritusRaptor OSX uses the same file as PC, so the "PC download" that I listed here should work :)

    @AeroMobilFlyingCar I looked into it, and I found the path I listed is only for the more recent versions of OSX, for older versions it should be /Users/NAME/Library/Containers/com.jundroo.SimplePlanesOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/com.jundroo.SimplePlanesOSX/Mods

    Edit: ugh, it gets cut off... well, I added it to the main post, so get it from there I guess.

    As for input... erm... it's not in the plans, but... maybe...

    @GenrichTitov Hmm...might be because it was made with old mod tools, which might not be compatible with the latest version of the game? I'll try updating the mod tools if I get the time...

    Also, if I made it twice as smooth, then it would have to many vertices for Unity... any round thing smoother than this, and I need to learn some new stuff (that's not a bad thing of course, but takes a lot of time).

    They fixed the "remember me" button, stop visiting the http site, you need to visit the https site if you want to stay signed in.... unless it still doesn't work, in which case, it could be a bug, or settings in your browser, the site cookies are possibly getting wiped somehow.

    @inspectregaben I actually thought about that... I probably won't, especially since Steam will handle updates for PC and OSX... but, for non-steam (like Android and Mac store, or anything else), it's certainly a nice idea... IDK

    @birdsofsteel you are correct, however it's really buggy, and only for PC... hopefully I can fix it sometime, and then hopefully release on Android too :/

    @fordzilla yeah, delete the .spmod file... from the directory that the original post above said to put the file in, under the installation instructions.

    @fordzilla install the new version, overwrite the old file... and if you've got the scale button then it worked

    @inspectregaben ... No, the devs added floating origin (a long time ago) so that doesn't matter, and we accounted for the floating origin.

    @inspectregaben The position is off a bit, even though we've accounted for everything that should matter for position, and it spits errors, and breaking detached parts more doesn't exactly function correctly...

    @inspectregaben Physics are clientside, for the owner of the detached part, then they send the position and rotation to the server, which gives it to the other clients... and just deleting it? Then how are we supposed to have epic battles!?!?!??! Thanks but, no XD

    @inspectregaben No, I didn't do anything to the aircraft loading.

    And there's nothing new, since we got detached parts to sync NOT QUITE right :/

    @inspectregaben you can make custom parts, based off existing parts, with a custom model, but replacing the stock one would be... theoretically possible, somehow, but it'd be terrible XD

    And yeah, you can also have custom scripts on the custom parts.

    @inspectregaben It has the game check a file I've got uploaded somewhere, but it's pretty simple for Unity to read bytes from a remote file (there's a built-in helper class for it), it's a bit more complex to actually send anything out (though it shouldn't be too bad, I haven't really looked into it yet... so, maybe it's just as easy and I'm just clueless :P)

    @inspectregaben LOL, well, I meant to remove the ban as soon as you said anything about it... you just never did XD, and you dodged it instead! I think future bans might say to PM me to get it removed(unless someone earns a permanent ban)

    Anyway, sorry, I'm really sick of rickrolls coming back on this site, and getting my guard down by saying it's a mod? That's now an officially bannable offense in my book! (just a temp ban)

    P.S. Yes, I can be mean if you push my buttons... nobody worry though, for just pushing my buttons, you certainly aren't going to get a permaban... actually, I wanted to test the ban list in action anyway, so thanks for that! I now know that it's far too weak for anything serious XD

    Oh, and because to do an IP ban I'd need to actually send myself data, which adds an extra layer of complications... I might do it though, because as I stated in my previous comment, it's currently pretty easy to bypass :P
