@Thomasj041 It would be difficult, especially taking into consideration what the player wants the AI to do, I don't see anyone wanting to put "maneuver nodes" down to control the AI
@ColonelStriker At least I believe you could, I know android for sure, but not sure about iOS, take it with a grain of salt, and nudging or not your builds are good :)
@Awsomur Do you know what the entire difference between Chaff and Flare is? I know flares are shot out, but is there any difference in how they perform?
@spefyjerbf But then there's "iOS plzzz" which I would cut them some slack in the computer knowledge department... but how could have missed one of the hundreds of comments explaining that "iOS mods are IMPOSSIBLE"
And I haven't even published a mod and it's already up there on my list of pet peeves
If you want it playable on a smartphone, either wait until some crazy new technology is invented, or build a brick of a phone with the proper cooling and power
@Tully2001 Not to mention that all smartphones are basically limited to their low power design, noting the very low TDP of the processors, and also that their clock speeds and core count are also limited. It's not like we're protecting them from the inevitable @xplane10, it's more like keeping the game actually playable for everyone purchasing it on a mobile device, so why would they market an unplayable game?
Press tilde ([`] under Esc on the keyboard) and type
Setwindspeed [X] [Y] [Z] whereas
[X] is the X value for the wind
[Y] is the Y value for wind (up/down)
[Z] is the Z value for wind
Negative integer for opposing direction
I encountered a user the other day, who blatantly copied a very high rated car. So I told him off and explained the rules to him after reporting it. He removed it, but made another copy right after! It was removed again, but I didn't think it was that hard to understand
For the motherboard, just add a lot of RGB and eventually it'll cover up the blue lol, but I'm concerned that you may need a different motherboard for DDR4, some aren't backwards compatible
@DeezDucks Thank you, I think I've got it though, the issue is mostly selling my computer for a reasonable price for someone to pick it up, but not too low
Congrats! And good luck building it, I've been wanting to build one for a while but I still haven't been able to (I even made a post about it recently)
@LiamW That's what I was afraid of, I'll start it at $900 on ebay to try make up for taxes and I'll have to fork up another $100. But thank you for your help
@ErvenDynamics Sadly, it isn't a K variant, so it has a lower clock speed, and can't overclock
@TheNightmare811 Already looked into putting a new card in, but it would just be a goose-hunt of replacing other parts for it to work, plus I would like something better for multi-threaded applications, and the CAS latency on this RAM is bad, as well as it's clock
@Awsomur Anytime
@Awsomur I could upload one for you, I'll do it right now
@Awsomur It's just XML, you can just download one with it set and use it to your needs
@Thomasj041 It would be difficult, especially taking into consideration what the player wants the AI to do, I don't see anyone wanting to put "maneuver nodes" down to control the AI
What I've done on my project, set all control surfaces to AG8, and toggle it in flight to be able to use turrets, and switch back to control the plane
Nope!
Wait, why will they be obsolete?
@MasterLobster I believe so, but either way, having a large section of fuselage/wing just vanish after taking a few shots is a little bit annoying
@LiamW even before I press the fire button, which in my mind, WW2 ships wouldn't have lock detection because well... missiles weren't made yet
Just wondering, how would the WW2 destroyers know that they're being locked on?
@Carsong1017 Oh lol, didn't catch that
@temporaryaccount Huh?
Where can I get a life?
@Carsong1017 Surprisingly no, something a little more.. odd
@Carsong1017 Thank you! I made it for my next creation, which will hopefully work out lol
@ColonelStriker At least I believe you could, I know android for sure, but not sure about iOS, take it with a grain of salt, and nudging or not your builds are good :)
@ColonelStriker Indeed, though you always could've with a bluetooth keyboard, but now you can also rotate
@Awsomur Ohh I see, thank you
@Awsomur Do you know what the entire difference between Chaff and Flare is? I know flares are shot out, but is there any difference in how they perform?
@Awsomur Countermeasures are set to V by default (unless it was set to be the same as fire gun)
Oof.
@Awsomur That is true (hah!) but the real decider would be if changing app store policies means more loss or less, hopefully it's the latter
@Awsomur Not to be a Debby downer, but I doubt they will, as their entire economy of the iOS platform depends on it, for 3rd party apps at least

@BusterShortWolf Thank you!
@BusterShortWolf Sorry, that was me 9 months ago
I would love to see something like in Elite : Dangerous, whereas you have to deploy your hardpoints, and your weapons fold out

@Tully2001 but... but... that dog is a Pepsi fan...
@Noahproblem No problem!

Try making a Klein Bottle next :)

@Quip I haven't really done anything in a long time, sorry
And thank you!
@LiamW That's what I've been looking into, but a lot of the ones selling on there are low priced or different models
@EpicPigster1 It's literally the 7th thing that comes up when I searched "Lamborghini Aventador" lol
Care to explain?
I'm just going to leave this here for you @Franticmatty
@DeezDucks Shoot I forgot to tag you lol
For the motherboard, just add a lot of RGB and eventually it'll cover up the blue lol, but I'm concerned that you may need a different motherboard for DDR4, some aren't backwards compatible
@DeezDucks I know what I have is pretty pricey, but if I can get it, and it'll be great use in the future, why not?
@DeezDucks Nah, thank you again
@DeezDucks That's my current rig, a prebuilt :P, and I had mentioned on your post is what I'm trying to get rid of
@DeezDucks Thank you, I think I've got it though, the issue is mostly selling my computer for a reasonable price for someone to pick it up, but not too low

Haha, no need to credit me. We must pay our respects though, as this computer had died a few months ago (RIP)
IMO this is the prettiest thing I've seen in the game... until I get struck by the AI using it lol
