@Jerba well the idea is that its a balloon held down by a weight, with a winch connecting the two, the maximum extension of the winch could be changed in overload.
Both the winch and the thing holding the balloon up would activate as soon as it spawns.
PLEASE NOTE: I screwed up and accidentally made this version public, The internal gyroscope and hover engine are supposed to be on AG-8, but are on AG-1, and so you must activate 1 before you do anything else.
If you wish to change the above mentioned things, they are in the middle of the craft, the engine being in the hull between the two grey fuel cells and the gyroscope being obove that in the main passenger block.
