I think the prediction of where the cyclone (which is actually a storm) would go was wrong
Or I didn't see the images properly (<-- most likely)
Obviously it's a much stronger wind than usual, but I'm perfectly fine, despite not being able to leave the house.
@Potatz I am aware of this.
Problem is, 1900hp would be ridiculously powerful for SP, remember that realism counts here too
A 1000hp engine is more than enough to propel a relatively aerodynamic plane to 550kph
No, sorry.
In my challenges, I refer to "Twin engines" as how many engine parts your plane has.
That means if for some reason you want to make a plane with two engines attached to a single propeller shaft, I would count it as single engine in the challenge.
Summary: In the challenge, I consider a twin-engine aircraft to have more than one engine block
but two engine blocks would still perform better as more propellers still produce more thrust
It's a good plane, not really realistic, but for SP it's very good
One of the things that most spoils simpleplanes in my opinion is the thrust/weight ratio, always try to keep it below 0.600 for jets and 0.1 for prop planes
So the plane will have an acceleration and maximum speed much closer to real life.
it flew at a very high altitude, plus it was a stupidly thin wing
he had wings just for gliding, and they weren't straight wings either, they were trapezoidal wings, which apparently can handle mach 1 at high altitude
EDIT: Trapezoidal wings SUPPORT speeds even faster than Delta wings, BUT it needs to be tiny to reach mach 2, look at the F-104, it has trapezoidal wings, but they are tiny! Your plane can handle mach 1 at high altitude, but it would NEVER handle mach 2 considering the size
And it's much more complex than that, it just scratches the surface, I recommend you research for yourself things like area rule or wing shape, supersonic flight is something much more difficult than it seems
I am currently editing your plane so that Mach 2 is realistic
@WarHawk95 I'll literally just put in more numbers lol
and I wrote DB.4, but it's DM.4
@WarHawk95 I did it myself
Dubois Moulin → D.B-4
The problem is that it has a . between the D and B, and a - for the number, which the French did not use
@Zaineman
np :)
I had already found my name
como isso tem 82 partes
are you in low physics?
It shouldn't happen if you weren't
Other than that, I don't know what to do (as someone who has suffered from this problem)
Haha, it's going to be hard to compete

@Echostar
in fact I'm already safe, the wind has passed
hmmm interesting
I think I will help

nice
@Croissant @ColonelCanada @xNotDumb @xNotDumb and every other wo comment here
Thx!
Thought it was for the challenge, but it's still good!
It's one of the best seaplanes I've ever seen!
Why doesn't jundroo put this as the non-simple version of little bugger
His head seems to weigh 20000 pounds
@winterro
Sorry but no
yes it is a good successor
It really changed a lot!
Nice
No
@Titaninfernal1 valeu :)
@PionierDynamics
@Potatz
This looks nice!
I'm in

Correction: it started operating in 1943, not 1942
Nobody understands that you have to have AT LEAST 125 PARTSS!!!????
@MemrWii Can be removed from custom wings, which add a lot of weight to the plane
@Xamesria27
The rules say that mass and drag can be removed from decoration, so you can

@BeefSupreme Make a fictional manufacturer
For replicas I don't even need to answer
@MrCOPTY uhhh
The challenge is closed, but I forgot to put it in the title warning
