Something I don't typically mention, but I too have motivation problems, only not just with SP(don't be fooled by the amount of posts I have, you wouldn't believe how planned projects never got started), so I actually do understand that struggle first hand. :)

A possible solution: I just discovered that if you have a rotator that moves opposite to the primary rotator, with a counterweight of some kind that weighs about the same as whatever the primary rotator is connected to, the two rotators cancel each other's torque. There is still a little wobbling, but compared to what is shown in your video, it's basically nothing. If all that is a little confusing, I have an upcoming ship that incorporates this system, I'll tag you on it if you want.

Given some of the technological leaps Skypark has made thanks to reversed engineered siren tech, we may not at as much risk as you think.
On a separate note, I'd suggest not being too goofy with this one, since the tone of the Siren War is a bit more serious then the monarchii war(not criticizing, just some friendly advice. :) )
