@11qazxc
I know a very simple hover controller: the gyro. Now, fairness in advertising, I actually tried to make a gyro-less stabilization system with a prior plane, the F-2 Longbow, but I just couldn't figure it out. I'd probably need way more time then the challenge allows to properly figure out how to create a stabilization system.
@windshifter1
I should point out, time between upvotes is only around 15 seconds. Now if he was giving out spotlights on the other hand, that would take forever.
@RestlessGalaxies
When in between phases of barely-having-the-motivation-to-move, I can get sh*t done. Besides, I've always found making the plane is the easy part. Adding all the functionality and interiors and FT codes is the difficult part.
@LunarEclipseSP "Yes, I literally stole this straight up from Modern Warships so why not?" Buddy, I've incorporated things from Ace Combat, The Macross series(Gundam isn't safe anymore either), artists I've found, and the short series Murder Drones into the lore of Skypark, and considering no one's raised hell about any of it, I think you're fine. Saying that now inspires me to maoe a list of all the sh*t I've made a part of Skypark.
@RB107
A suggestion that might help with not killing a phone: when you start building, set the first fuselage block you use to CalculateDrag to false, along with any and all subsequent parts. This really reduces lag, since drag seems to take up a bit of processing power.
@UnitedinOne90
Fear not, oh United One, for I already have a group of bomber aircraft heading for snowstone to blast reformist garbage into oblivion. We can add this to the list of targets if you so wish. :)
@SILVERPANZER
Why stop going at that goal? Despite for a while thinking no one cared about my stuff, I developed my fictional country, establishing it's place in the community. And I just have to say, if you made a challenge or a war challenge, I'd be game.
Fun fact: my brute force method of disabling the turrets is making a location right between them, when spawning a cockpit with a bomb above it in that spot. When the bomb drops, it takes out the turrets
@CapitanianMonarch
I know the feeling. For most of my time on this site my stuff didn't get much attention. It took literal years to get where I am now.
@AeroTactical @Monarchii
Being a little more serious now, I think this could easily still fit into the pre-war story. A lot of the major wars in history have jad some kind of "incident" that kicked everything off. With a little reworking into the main story, this could easily be a event that caused all out war to happen. Just my thoughts on the whole thing.
Hell, I've got a whole list of all Skypark military stuff, uploaded and not uploaded, available right on my profile(trust me on this one, it's a really big list).
@ShinyGemsBro
Also, not too long from now, a new enemy is going to appear that, at the very least, it going to make fighting the sirens a little more difficult.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
Speaking of realistic damage models, This is a model I regularly use for tanks(including the ones for this challenge). Just thought I'd bring it up in case you want to use it too.
It's funny, everyone is just beginning to build stuff for the Monarchii War II, and I've got half of my whole new invasion fleet completed(I don't mean it in a rude way).
For making modern warships, I personally reference things like the Zumwalt destroyer, the Sea Shadow, and various concept art of future military projects from both the past and present.

This is why I still stick to ol' reliable: uploading a fixed version of whatever the original was.
+1@Wasifhero3
How's your plane going? I'm going through hell putting in all the functionality of mine.
Also, @RestlessGalaxies, do you know the kind of pain trying to implement a G-limiter brings?

My entry for this challenge is already half done.
+1I like the format, might try it.
Coming back to this, I now realize that my Epsilon class carrier is even bigger then this.
+1@RestlessGalaxies
I hope this doesn't effect the making of a strengths-and-weaknesses forum. Remember, not everyone has a Discord.
Cool, very cool.
Also, another Arbiter is coming. Her alignment is....murky.
@SemedianIndustries
+1I don't suppose you'd be willing to explain how to make a flying thing like that(once you've published your build of course)?
@LunarEclipseSP
+1I'm assuming M-War II is still going? (I'm actively planning out my next part)
Whoa. 😮

+1It's not a reformist aircraft. Definitely an enemy, but not reformist. And it's only the beginning.
@SomeSPGuyWhoLikesLore
+1If that's referring to the plane at the end, no, it's not. It's also not an ally.
Do you guys mind if I tag you for M-War stuff?

+1I've already tried
Pitch!=0? PID(-1000*Pitch,rate(Altitude*3.2808)*60,1,0,0)/1000 : 0
, works like a charm. I think this has solved my issue.@griges
Oh no, you nailed it. How do I adjust this so I can have different rates of descent?
@griges
What's VS?
@RB107
+1I like the idea of making the reformists strong. It makes the story more interesting.

+4Interesting so far.
@L1nus
I learned a lot about mech building from a user named Ian_Yashima.
@L1nus
I think I should be able to get it to walk.
@L1nus
How tall is it, and is any part scaled up in any way?
Skypark is ready for war.
Something new and terrible is about to be unleashed.

It was supposed to be(I always upload my stuff unlisted first so I can do the description), but here we are.
