@wzr1 nah, do not wait. It is worth entering every tournament. There are people whose planes crash couple seconds after start, which means free points for you! It doesn't matter if you win the tournament, every opponent you disqualify gives you 500 points I think, maybe less
@CSP27 I usually use one of my undeveloped planes, but I made an Ilyushin 96 with an empty engine pylon and a special tail, for engine testing. I use it mainly to fly the engine around, to make sure no parts fall off during high-G maneuvers, or that a propeller will not overspeed.
The AI is so bad that as far as we're concerned it's not even implemented.
It needs a serious overhaul.
What may be happening in your case, is that when the carrier touches water, the game thinks it crashlanded, so it automatically deletes it.
@Minecraftpoweer I don't think it was me. But you did help me with my Dassault Mercure when it was pitching up (or down?) excessively, so maybe we both got it mixed up
Ya download the SDK, go to Unity's compile settings, go to the Andriod tab, and fill the filepaths and then you can compile to Android, at least that's how it should work but for me it did not work either so good luck I guess
It is better to have a long and thin control surface, rather than a massive one. Stacking multiple horizontal stabilizers into each other may also help.
Download some maneuverable planes an feel free to dissect them and reverse-engineer them
@Mattangi2 @TheOwlAce Actually, when was this added to the game? I remember, not long ago, that the Orbit and Chase views were always centered at the cockpit
I pressume that 'gyroplane' is the same thing as autogyro.
I suppose you could make a realistic autogyro by having a large main propeller providing all the lift and a small pusher prop at the tail making the thing move.
The main prop, however, would have to be XML modded so it would be longer than what is possible from the GUI, but XML modding is not considered cheating in the community, and with a little patience, you can XML mod without any mods like Overload.
Or I can make the prop for you, if you provide me with the unfinished autogyro/gyroplane.
Yes. Four new options for startup sound, running sound, idle sound and pitch modifier with the possibility to change them via XML. This is how many games do their engine sounds.
@JelloAircraftCorporation I highly doubt that. A loud an huge plane like that would not work as a great recon thingy. Besides, their fifth-gen fighter jets can fly higher, faster and quieter. Also, if that really was a Russian plane, then its entrance into NATO airspace could be viewed as an act of aggression and declaration of war.
@Gravity if you import it, there should be two new folders in your assets; Jundroo and Simpleplanes. Simpleplanes is the one where you can find the assets you want. For scripted stuff like ships, bridges or the windsock, you import them via gameobjects
By the way, you get both mod tools and assets with every copy of the game, it is either in the game directory (under ModTools folder), or in Appdata/LocalLow/Jundroo/SimplePlanes/ModTools. I am not 100% sure as I use Linux which has a bit different folder system (unlike windows, it makes sence and also uses the normal / instead of the reversed one which this website doesn't even want to display)
@JelloAircraftCorporation I know I already said that many times, but; that's what I was thinking! HOWEVER, another question arises, and that is what the fricc is Tu-95 doing over the Czech Rep. The only operator of the 95 is the Russian Air Force, and Ukraine grounded their 95s long time ago.
@CSP27 ye sry I was asleep already, I'll tag you

@Nerfenthusiast not for long, I promise
oh no
@DepressedTortoise tbh I am still waiting for SimpleWheels multiplayer

We can collab sometime, or if you need help with stuff like reversers, hit me up

+3It needs a serious overhaul.
What may be happening in your case, is that when the carrier touches water, the game thinks it crashlanded, so it automatically deletes it.
Really hope you return, you make some amazing airliners
+1Me: autistic screeching
@zoomzoom999 Inspired by the Dreamliner ;)
Thank you for the request btw, I learned new techniques and really like this particular engine
@Minecraftpoweer I don't think it was me. But you did help me with my Dassault Mercure when it was pitching up (or down?) excessively, so maybe we both got it mixed up
@Minecraftpoweer read the post above
@QingyuZhou @Minecraftpoweer @JohnnyBoythePilot At last, I solved it...
+1@TCLY alright, I'm on it. It's just gonna take some time, as I'll have to apply texture to every single part once again lol
+1@Wkfish oh I see now... damn
@Wkfish wait where did you find it lol
I thought it's well hidden
@robloxweponco not anymore, luckily the time I wasted on it was not completely pointless
@BoeyingOfficial same
+1@BoeyingOfficial oh, about that... yeah I forgot lol. I'll be on it hopefully together with this thing.
+1I heard that the Jupiter is the oldest one, forming right after the sun.
+5I hope you participate when a new tournament drops
The fact that this thing can even finish the race amazes me, as most of my racer planes fail to do so :D
It is actually better than I pictured it, nice work!
+2So, would you be ok with this becoming a map addon?
Ya download the SDK, go to Unity's compile settings, go to the Andriod tab, and fill the filepaths and then you can compile to Android, at least that's how it should work but for me it did not work either so good luck I guess
+1@Seitwalder @Wahoo12 tbh the checker flag looks the best. I don't know why, but it fits the name as well
+2sounds original (Lenny face here)
@randomusername @Wahoo12 I'll link it I'm couple hours, I'm not home rn
+1@RailfanEthan I think just two, but they were pretty light hearted
wait where are the comments

By the way; welcome to the community. Hope you enjoy your stay here!

+2The Skychaser Company has remained unscathed and is ready to provide the air force with new machines and technologies
@jamesPLANESii Look at the ID of the corasair. Almost like if it was saying "vintage"
Tag me on the triple
@NewBohemia You are threatening the busyness of Skychaser Company, we rely heavily on exports to foreign nations.
i think somebody has asked that before though, hmmmmmmmmmm
@CRJ900Pilot it's fine, there hasn't been a lot of progress on my side either
@JelloAircraftCorporation I highly doubt that. A loud an huge plane like that would not work as a great recon thingy. Besides, their fifth-gen fighter jets can fly higher, faster and quieter. @DepressedTortoise my map's gonna have it shhh

@TheLegend69 yes, also that. I forgot to mention it
the seaplane thingy seems to be the savioa s.56. Yeah it's written on it
+1What have you done to my nation...
