To be honest, this build wasn't supposed to be punlic since it's not finished.
I appreciate that you liked it and if you wanna help me, there is one thing that I don't know how to do : the canopy shape on the fuselage.
If you have any idea that could help me end this build, I will take it ^^

I already took a look at the new beta and it seems awesome but one mod that I use isn't compatible for now so I'll check it out later.
For the main wings, you should try to put control surfaces nearest to the wing tail, it would make it more responsive.
You also can try to get the canopy a bit more below it current place :)
Very nice plane :) There is juste some things which you can change to made it better :)
First, to "pilot" the plane on the ground, set "Turnable" for wheels under wings to Off and Turnable on for the tail wheel :)
Second, for flaps, don't use airbrakes, it's not the real job of flaps and it don't look really nice ... I searched for differents solutions and the better I found is that : https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/40e213/Flaps

That would be even better if you set the collective neutral pitch to -12% and the collective range to 24%.

If you want a way to make this thing fly from the ground without motor, i made a winch :)
I find it just too cute x) Seem really nice. I love small details like small stays.
And in facts, it fly really well
