I believe there's something called windows build support along with android build support somewhere inside unity installers. Android build support is needed to make android mods. If you can't find it, try to download it somewhere.

Maybe ZAD Industries could donate some modified ZD-224 engine to have more speed than power for OceanCave. ZD-224 is an engine used in ZAD 224 MBT btw
