    While the planes paint job looks quite nice, it is unfortunately let down by the proportions of the plane. The wings need to be much longer (at the current scale) and the tail and horizontal stab also need to be enlarged greatly (almost by 200% to 300% in some areas). While I commend you for what is quite a good build, I’d recommend you work on just looking at some blueprints or references just so you get an idea of the proportions of the plane in question.

    You realise that this is computer generated... STL to XML

  • Boeing 737-800 cockpit 7.4 years ago

    Quite interesting, but it’s really impractical, it’s not even symmetrical for starters, some of the polygons turned out a bit odd.

  • Supermarine Spitfire Mk. IX 7.4 years ago

    No problem

    I mainly still build on iOS ( this was built on iOS) but I have the steam version now, which really broadens my options. If you want XML, hit me up!

    Thank you, but anyone can build like this with some time. “Never say never” you know. XD

    Btw, if you need any XML I can help now, I have access to Overload ect.

  • Su-33 Update 7.4 years ago

    Your camo actually looks really nice, it just needed more camouflage. Even then, there’s more on the real plane then there is on mine. @TTHHSSSS

  • Su-33 Update 7.4 years ago

    Haha, thank you! I liked the simplicity of your Su-33, captured the essence of this plane. @RAF1

  • Su-33 Update 7.4 years ago

    It’s around 800, but it hopefully shouldn’t exceed 1200. With access to a computer I’ll make sure to set those camo pieces to no collisions and mass ;). It’s fairly stable, has the slightest roll to the right however. I’ll have to ask some other people to test the plane so that they can get a feel for the in flight characteristics. I started working on this around a month ago, but it’s mostly been on and off.
    @BogdanX

  • Su-33 Update 7.4 years ago

    Not yet, but I do plan on installing it soon, I just had to get the camo downpat.
    @phanps

  • Su-33 Update 7.4 years ago

    It’s around 800 parts, but much of the exterior is complete. However, I still need to do the cockpit

    I see, congrats to them both, I guess I’ll continue to build like I do on my iOS device, lol.

    You can just assign everyone a number, google random number generator and pick the winners. @Minecraftpoweer

  • PLATINUM! (Su-33 Flanker D Teaser) 7.4 years ago

    Thanks, hopefully I can get those right for once, XD. I agree that Phanps’ Su-35 is looking great too, it’ll be unlikely that our posts will interfere, I’ve still got a while to go with this build. @BogdanX

  • AH-6 Little Bird (or Killer Egg) v1.0 7.4 years ago

    Very nice geometry!

  • Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero 7.4 years ago

    You learn pretty quick, but now that you’ve got some reputation, why not try and make the control surfaces actually move? Like custom control surfaces. Very nice plane by the way!

  • de Havilland Mosquito 7.4 years ago

    You must have made an error while mirroring, it has 2000 parts when clearly it probably has only 100-200.

  • Hawker Hurricane Mk. I 7.4 years ago

    I do now, Pigster did most of my XML modding to make my crafts look as good as they do, and unfortunately I never got to repay the favour. Is it alright if I tag you if I need your help?
    @Adaxial

  • Supermarine Spitfire Mk. IX 7.4 years ago

    Nudge it up a bit, it controls the cockpit canopy.
    @nuke778

  • Spitfire_MkIa 7.4 years ago

    Absolutely wonderful modeling of the fusalage, I’m quite jealous myself! Please keep it up!

  • USS Fletcher (DD-445) 7.4 years ago

    Sure, I’ll tag you on it
    @wonkapilot

  • USS Fletcher (DD-445) 7.4 years ago

    Ehh, the hull alone is like 1000 parts, it’d be difficult to make it mobile friendly.
    @wonkapilot

  • Boeing 747-8 WIP 7.4 years ago

    Never, it’s too big. And unlike my Fletcher, I cannot split this in half and build it separately.
    @Aircraftgenerator5000

  • Supermarine Scimitar F.1 7.4 years ago

    I dunno, I made this ages ago. Didn’t really pay attention to blueprints.

  • MiG-21 Fishbed Polska 7.4 years ago

    Is it alright if I use some of these engines for one of my planes?

  • New wing! 7.4 years ago

    You can use a panel technique in place of just a fusalage to make the wings get thinner as they go towards the trailing edge
    @valaszki

  • New wing! 7.4 years ago

    Very nice, much better than the ones you’ve made before.

  • Working Aircraft Carrier [ IJN Sumo ] 7.4 years ago

    The aircraft are at times a bit difficult and hard to control, maybe if you used some scaled down wings they’d perform better at the current scale. Dive and torp bombers would be quite nice too.@Datom

  • Focke Wulf Fw-190 A-8 Teaser 7.4 years ago

    Sure, I’d be down for that. When you feel like it tell me what plane you wanna build.
    @SeanTurbineModifier

  • Focke Wulf Fw-190 A-8 Teaser 7.4 years ago

    You plane looks pretty good, but it’s hard to tell from the pictures. Maybe you could tidy up some of the cockpit braces, but other than that the rest looks decent. @SeanTurbineModifier

  • Want to see a 3D print of a SP plane ? 7.4 years ago

    I’d wish, but I know from experience that those think rigging lines will result in a very messy experience. @Antho1213

  • Want to see a 3D print of a SP plane ? 7.4 years ago

    I’m interested in how the 3D printer would go about printing this lol
