Both classifications have their pros and cons, and ways you should use them.
Like Turn FIghters can Turn well, but can't maintain their energy that well.
@RepublicofWrightIsles The SUE-3 has good mobility at all speeds it can reach, but its stability is, holy crud not good, and it doesn't have the greatest speed either, but at least it can outrun most props XD

But I honestly don't think the SP AI is a good way to test your planes compared to another plane
SP AI can't even comprehend a Barrel Roll
@RepublicofWrightIsles Well, lets see The SUE-3 does a barrel roll, reducing its speed, and will cause the NE-626 to overshoot, how does an ace pilot stop that? the SUE-3 pilot is about to pull the trigger, and start hitting the NE-626
@RepublicofWrightIsles We would have ordered the plane to come in if it was us, it probably would have been in the Rain (Knockoff Rhine) if it was spinnish, and kinda has range problems, so we do assume its a SUE-3 the Insurgents captured' However
with how the Ne-626 and the SUE-3 preform, the SUE-3 is a better dogfighter, and this is the era of dogfighting, So we do not see how an NE-626 would shoot down a SUE-3, so we do assume you tampered with the news, to make it seem like an NE-626 did the work
